Why does she not lead more songs?
I know nothing and this is only theory: they’ve kind of branded themselves as being recognizable with Karen at the lead and then her husband sometimes. It’s taking a chance when after this many years when people who aren’t straight up fans to hear this song on the radio and say, “I love that, but who is it?” That’s my opinion.
I think Karen is a much better singer, with a richer, fuller tone. :)
That is like asking why Christine McVie didn't sing lead more for Fleetwood Mac. Different songs, written by different people, in different keys sound better with different singers. And I consider both Kim and Christine to have beautiful voices that I could listen to for hours.

But, putting that aside: hard to believe that they are all at least 50 years old. I think Karen is about 51, yet they look like they’re 35. You can tell that they actually love each other and are a family unto themselves. I guess that’s why I like them so much.

Absolutely beautiful! I had the pleasure of meeting them before a show at the McDonald theater in Eugene Oregon years ago and have a picture with them also. They are all such kind, talented and beautiful people! ❤️🙏
Oh when they performed at the Met Philly in early 2020 they had this beautiful instrumental arrangement at the end of the song. It was such a special treat because this is my favorite song on the album. I stood up the whole time and sang along with Kimberly.
Best part I learned is she is from my part of Georgia. She does have a Great Voice. I love Sober and this is my new favorite.
