Location is my #1 with the layout/vibe of the space a very close second. I started working from home when covid hit and the space i was in was almost oppressive in comparison to my bright open office. When working from home became permanent, i decided it was time to move. I love my new place and have been in it for 2.5 years and feel the same about as i did the day i moved in. Good luck to you both!
