Podmores Vibratory Bowl Feeders

A Podmores vibratory bowl feeder and linear belt conveyor automated system handling packets of crisps. The packets are bulk inserted into the large hoppers. Vision inspection systems automatically feed them into the bowl feeders where they are aligned for a single output track onto a belt conveyor. The crisp packets then move on into a robotic pick and place unit which looks at each pack and picks it up to put it into a multi-pack bag so customers get the right quantity of each flavour. This system is also perfectly suited for feeding flow wrapping systems.
