How to calculate all things cooling load with motor size ,blower size, cooling colis size , ahu required CFM and all in detail please make video 🙏 Please reply
There are different instruments used for particles test, it depends on particles like Aerosol, liquid and solid. Direct imaging uses light emitted by a laser as source to illuminated the particless passing through and measure the area of particles, like an automated microscope. One of instrument is Airy technology Laser particle counter.
Nice video sir... I have one question. i am using ACPH method by E20 form or manual..when i calculate same cooling load by HAP as a result CFM rate is much different comparing with E20 form... So please tell me which i will consider as perfect..
Hi . How can I add treated fresh air to cooling load calculation considering kitchen which has 1800 cfm exhaust. And I want to add 90% fresh air but treated by FAHU 100% WITH entering temperature 75 F
@@mustafajadallah4007 There is no option for treated air in HAP, but you can calculate it separately using psychometric chart and than add it misc load in HAP
For 320Sq.ft size of Operation theatre, we use 8 to 10Ton condensing coil. Is it right?? Also can you show how to calculate heat load of clean room using E-20 form??
You have to maintain 20ACH, with Standard occupancy of 5-8 persons at any given point of time inside the OT is considered.Standard equipment load of 5-7 kW and lighting load of 1 kW to be considered per OT. For super specialty OT the equipment load can be taken as 7 - 9KW. The fresh air component of the air change is required to be minimum 4 air changes out of total minimum 20 air changes.
Hello , I don't think that using high ACH in load calculation is correct ,, ACH that must be used in HAP is the one related to fresh air requirements , however, the ACH related to cleanliness should be considered to calculate the number of fan filter units to circulate the air through HEPA filters , hope to hear back from you.
Sorry for that, but you are not right, ACH is a part of load calculation. Based on this, you will select equipment and cfm/ton. Coil load and supply air temp depends on this. Thank you
@@passionateengineer04 thanks for your reply ,, but I did many cleanrooms in Canada ,, ACH doesn't mean fresh air ,, these are two different things ,, I agree that fresh air is part if the load calculation and it can be part of the ACH ,, but considering that ALL the ACH is fresh air is something that we don't do .
Both ACH are part of load calculation. If you are working in Canada, then it's also the same, but the difference is the fresh air unit, like if you are using HRV, makeup air unit etc than you don't need to consider the fresh air ACH. You can do differently, calculate the load, and than put user define air flow based on ACH.
SIR how to make air balancing hvac in hospital room pls make video on this topic
Very nice video sir. can you please make a detailed tutorial on cleanroom design using sample project, Thank you.
did you find out how to hvac design cleanroom? can i contact you thru whatsapp? thanks
Yes, we are design consultants.

Thanks for sharing such valuable knowledge.
can you share the HAP report & dwgs?
Sorry, its confidential, i will share some other files with you.
@@passionateengineer04 can u kindly share the HAP report with me?

What are you defining in HAP , ASHRAE 62.1 or sum of outdoor air?
It all depends on your inputs

If I need to maintain a room temperature of 58Deg. F at what temperature do I need to set the off coil temperature.
Detal T = 10 to 15
Depending on type of system.
Sir, can u make a video on natatorium HVAC system
How to calculate ach in cleanroom
Q=volume of roomxACH/60 so ACH=Qx60/volume.
Calculate the total airflow in room and than use that equation.

@PASSIONATE ENGINEER I think as we taken these details, around 6TR/2500 cfm ahu only required for 320 sqft OT..fresh air around 450 cfm...is it right?
What's the height?
@@passionateengineer04 false ceiling height max. 3mtr
Can please share me layout and excel file
Total tonnage is to high what you shown in report but practically that much no one will take because you have taken based on acph
You have to maintain ACH, cooling and pressure at same time.
Its designed on basis of 50c.
Tonnage you shown in video is for only one room Or all iso 6 rooms
Its for all iso 6 rooms
Ok thank you
Hi!
Can you share any Map of any building or hospital like the one explained in video
