Thank you all for your wonderful support with growing this channel and spreading the benefits of simple Qigong practice! Routine begins at 6:25 How did you feel after practicing?
Thanks Jeff. I love your simple and light explanations. Have been following your videos for several months and have started using Qi Gong with patients I work with. I did feel lighter and more energy after doing this routine last night before bed. Thank you 🙏🏻
ThinkVitality I just took a number of different moves from the calming and grounding routine of yours that I had been practising everyday morning and night for quite a few weeks. I also included a couple of moves from anxiety and stress routine using the yin breath due to this persons anxiety. will maybe use a scale next time to measure before and after but I think they are going to practise outside of our sessions also so will see how they are getting on. We are also using Mindfulness as this is the main healing practise I use when working with others. So I loved your mindfulness meditation video. I work in palliative care so any suggestions for this area of work specifically would be really appreciated. 😊🙏🏻
Did it last night before bed and slept fantastic. Did it again this morning and feel relaxed, calm, gentle, and centered. I'm going to try this one out for a couple weeks. Thanks, Jeff for your great videos!
I felt so hot! I felt a combination of tingling churn all over but mostly in my tummy and energized. I was lightheaded for a second afterwards but after sitting for a few mins I felt better. Thank you 🙏
accidently deleted my first comment. In short. I have been treated by a Chinese acupuncturist for past 5 years and finding it so amazing how the body was designed to heal itself. Got very interested in TCM ( having 0 confidence in Western medicine) So a few months ago I searched and was probably "guided" to your website. Immediately it resonated with me. I have several Favorite routines ; Deep sleep, Anxiety/Stress and most recently discovered Dan Tian. During my last acupuncture session Dr. pressed hard on that spot which gave me pain: that was Dan Tien, my issues with anxiety/stress/ fatigue I want to work on myself in between treatment, having control over my health is important. In addition I am in the senior + category and balance is another issue. This is why I will continue with your website. I am very flexible having done yoga for many years, ice skating. ballet...this is all past tense!! Thank you for your wonderful approach/ teaching. I love it!!
I was introduced I Gong through theVA Caregiver Support program. I found you by searching You Tube. Your instructions, verbal ques and the printed words have encouraged me to practice daily for three weeks. I am more energetic in the mornings and more relaxed asI practice in the evening. My disabled veteran Hubby open joins me. Thank YOU
I’ve enjoyed doing this routine every morning for the past 4 months before work and it has changed my life, truly! I have 10 times more energy; I feel refreshed and clear throughout my body, and I don’t need to drink coffee anymore... Thank you Geoff for sharing your knowledge and for making these routines simple & enjoyable! Autumn blessings to you all from New Zealand 🍂🐉
These exercises are awesome. Been doing at least one (often 2-3) of your routines daily for 6 weeks. I feel stronger healthier and more energized. Thank you so much!
These are good practices for moving the qi in specific directions, but not for building or generating qi in order to fill the dan tian. The only one secret not told by many is Zhan Zhuang. This is the power practice that generates the qi which can later be stored.
Thank you! This is the 1st time I've been awakened to the knowledge my dian tian expands like a balloon INSIDE me reaching back to my spine. I've only ever recognized it's outward journey and expansion. I can't even describe how alive my energy center feels after finishing this. Again, thank you!!!
I truly feel that these lovely qigong routines have helped me with my immune system and feeling of wellbeing and flexibility. Love it and do them daily. Thank you Jeff
Little steps will bring about the magical shift Jeffrey guides u to a beautiful smile and peace wonderful I love his work Thank u Jeffrey blessing and joy 🙏🧚🏾♀️🧚🏾♀️💕
My back was super tired from over doing it today. So I layed down for these excerises. Mindful exercises and breathing and I feel my toes tingling and coming alive. I also feel my brain is a little clearer, got rid of all the garbage that accumulated. I think my soul is thanking me. After a couple of minutes I felt warm and my aching feels better.
I love every detail and description you give.. I love how you explain everything.. it helps so much. Sometimes I'm not so well coordinated and afraid I'm not doing it right. I well continue to join you here and practice practice. Thank you for all you do for us!!!
I know what you mean about the worry of not doing it right. Sometimes I feel I am not doing it right, only to experience a lightness or other body sensation later on. I find qi gong deceptively powerful. And Jeff is so great at providing it for the masses. Hope your practice is going well.
Was imagining an orange balloon expanding in the Dan Tian center! Definitely felt the expansion more so towards the back. It felt like it was pulling/filling up the energy center! Loved it! Thank you for creating these videos!
Thank you! Another wonderful video. I just added it to my Qigong exercise routine playlist. I do your videos everyday. I have RA and COPD, and I can't tell you how much you have helped me. Your videos are laid back and relaxing, and your voice is very soothing. I also like how you get to the point when talking, without a lot of filler talk in between and you don't repeat yourself like so many other people do.
Thanks so much for your comment! I am so glad to hear that the videos have been helpful! What improvements have you noticed with your COPD ants RA? Thank you as well for the feedback on the format of the videos. I do try to stay focused on the content of the video rather than talk too much. Sometimes I do get excited to share different concepts but I try to contain my words😀 Thanks again and keep up your practice!
I felt tingling in my hands and fingers and warmth. My first time. doing this lower chakra I have benefitted so much from the different segments dealing with stress and anxiety. My Chinese acupuncturist encourages me to practice routines for balance which is one of my issues. I want to find a practice for balance. but did not see that subject on your website... I have introduced my niece to your website...she loves it. I appreciate your calm and supportive encouraging teachings. Thank you
New subscriber. My zoom qigong teacher recommended you months ago and I've been using your videos in between her class days. I decided, during her absence for the last two weeks, to do this particular routine as she focus's on the dan tian energy all the time. I have needed to build it up. I tend to feel I am not "doing it right" a lot of the time, then feel just a bit dizzy [I am 73yrs old]. Other than that the energy gained is wonderful. I can tell if I am not relaxed enough at times because my back under shoulder blades start to hurt!
I felt relaxed after this. I had been feeling like taking a nap, but this perked me up a bit. I visualized my dan tian as a ball of golden light. I just started doing Qigong to assist in my meditation practice, and general health. I'll try to do this set of exercises daily. Thanks!
Wow finally i found the one that I love to start with, Your explanation is amazing about how building Dan tian is the basic and the first step that affects everything else. Thank you so much Jeff
Ok this is doing something after a week. I’m attuned to reiki and at first I couldn’t sense anything, but now I feel the energy building up. My immune system really took a hit last month from stress, and it was like a physical domino effect of flare ups in my body. I’d normally meditate and exercise every day but this became almost impossible. I was so uncomfortable in my body. ☹️ Somehow I felt the need to do qi gong again and ended up here. This practice and the opening movement are mostly what I’ve done every day. It’s so grounding. Also I can tell it’s significantly sped up the healing process. My flare ups are mostly all gone and I’m able to move freely again. It’s amazing- really! So simple!
Thank you so so much for this! This and all of your videos have TRULY helped me through a very rough time since June. I've had so many bizarre symptoms and turns out this blood pressure med was the culprit. I was so stressed during this time with so many tests, appointments, etc., and I remained calm and centered(surprisingly) because of your videos! And in the end, turns out I didn't even need to be on it. Thank you and keep up the AMAZING work, so appreciated!
Wow, what a great story, thanks so much for sharing! Medications definitely have a place in overall health, but they sometimes can cause other unintended imbalances. Keep practicing, and I am sure you are on the path to wellness now!😀
I thought the body is a conduit for chi, and not a storage container of it. Hence the stagnant chi, though you want to clear and blockages to have the chi flow, and not try to accumulate it?
Gigong theory says there are two gi or chi container or houses. Fire gi and water gi the root chakra or Dan tan is where your water gi comes from. Water gi is given to you from your parents and stays with you your whole life. Fire gi comes from food and air and the gi there in. This energy is stored below the solarplexus. Fire gi is what makes your body hot when you practice moving and controlling it. Water gi will cool this fire go down. Mixing the two is suppose to bring longevity.
Thank you!! Another superb blessing. I have felt like a 'leaky bucket' (as you describe) ... lacking in feeling grounded and strong so often in my life. Felt immediate benefits from this practice ... and feeling so grateful
Thanks so much for your helping people like me and dedication to spread the wisdom of qigong. Qigong is helping me so much in my life on so many levels. Recently I discovered YOU on UA-cam and I am very grateful for your approach to qigong. I did twice your night qigong and last night I was able to sleep 9 hours;) I love the simplicity and your voice. I love your explanation of what you are doing and how everything is effecting our whole body. I feel so good and relaxed after your classes. Be blessed with your wonderful work. Sincerely grateful 🙏
this was exactly what i was looking for quite some time. Because al the energie I generate I can't get it to stuck in my body. Asking some chi gong teachers they did not understand nor could they advice any excersise for more grounding . Love this video because it is very clear your voice sounds kind wich also helps to be soft in my body and movement while doing this exercise. I will start practising these exercises to see if that helps me ground myself and my energie better. thank you
Jeff - you bring out the very essence of qigong in your videos! My hands heated up right away. Thank you. Two especially interesting and informative ideas in this video: Breathing into the dantien, not the chest. And in the forward movement exercise, the subtle lowering of the chin and raising the crown of the head during inhalations for more "space" and relaxing the chin during exhalations. Question: Do you do this chin movement during all three exercise?
I started practicing wing chun some months back, and my sifu often brings up getting the power from within rather than the muscles themselves. As I've practiced more and more on my own lately, and reflected on this as I notice that I'm sometimes able to bring very strong force to my movements even when not exerting much strength from my muscles. This led me to UA-cam to learn more about chi and dan tian. While following the exercises in this video, I noticed that when I started doing the forward balloon exercise, I was able to do what my sifu said during an exercise in my lesson yesterday - get the inner body to make my arms move forward by themselves! It felt as if there was a strong energy moving my arms outwards and inwards with my breath, while my arm muscles were not doing anything! This is a feeling realisation that chi is something very real in me and not just an abstract concept. Thanks for this video!
Wonderful insight! Whether it is for health purposes, prevention, martial arts, or just to feel good, balancing the flow of qi is helpful in so many ways! I am sure your wing chun practice will improve as you become more aware of the subtleties. Great job!
I really enjoy his teaching and sessions he offers. The big thing like he said is REGULAR PRACTICE! seams simple enough but life loves to dirupt those good habits you are working to create. and I know I let it happen often. So for anyone listening DISCIPLINE! it sucks! But in the long run It will be worth it. Thanks Jeff for the excellent teaching and work you put into this to help people.
You are correct, simplicity and regular practice! It's like water dripping on a stone; over time something as soft as water can break down the stone. Discipline is good, but once it becomes a habit, we won't need it. Qigong will become like brushing your teeth, soon it is just part of life. Thanks for your comment!
I find these Dan Tian breathing videos, there is another a shorter video with a different exercise, really helpful. They put me here in Life. I feel more part of Life doing these and other qi gong practices, an unexpected bonus. Your videos are very clear, friendly, helpful, thank you. Flexibilty in an older body is slowly happening too, plus I breathe deeper. Thanks.
I have been doing Qigong for 7 years now and it is indeed a great way to start your day and helping me to go with the flow. Thank you for the explanations and great videos.
Thank you very much, I am a Qi Gong instructor also and really loved this video there seems to always be something to learn on our journey and practice. Peace and Love
This is great! I'm just getting over covid and noticed that my energy level has dropped some. The Qi energy exercises are helping restore the energy. Thanks, Jeff.
I tried to do similar to when you do a chi ball, I could rest my hands against the magnetic push, it felt effortless the more I did. Very pleasant exercise, I feel I should do this daily. I wanted to learn to strengthen my chi.
Your instructions are clear and easy to follow also for a beginner as myself. I love your kind and soft way of practicing and you have made me do Qi every day. This practice made me feel dizzy of all the Qi going on :) but will practice, activate and store this wonderful energy. Thank you for sharing

cada día me siento mejor, esta rutina es maravillosa, gracias por compartir
I'm chi deficient so am glad to learn another way to develop and store chi. I appreciate this video so much and will practice for 3 weeks twice a day and see if I notice anything different. SInce I have trouble sleeping I'll do it night as well as in the morning before work. I did feel warmth around my body after doing this but throughout the exercise I felt a pain around my left shoulder in an arc leading from my sternum out toward the shoulder and back around to the back centering near the should blade or wing as I like to call it. I noticed a lot of popping of my left shoulder joint as I did the movement bringing chi towards the back.
Thank you so much. This was a wonderful session after a break in my chi gong practice. Peaceful , meditative and giving a good grounded energy for the day.
Thank you so much for sharing these practices and making it so simple and easy to follow. Your voice is so soothing....it brings me into such a calm state.
I have just watched this beautiful video. I was transported! It was exquisite. I love your energy and clarity too, so will look forward to learning more qigong with you. Thank you.
Thanks so very much! I felt the warmth😄. I need help for sleep and my current and most important is my kidneys...nephrotic syndrome... minimal change disease, my glomeruli not functioning to capacity. Spilling some protein...
Thank you for posting this video. It was amazing. While doing the exercises I realized how tight my breath is and how I breathe mostly in my chest. I could really feel the difference when I focused on bringing my breath down. The instructions for the head and chin position were very helpful and allowed me to move my breath lower more naturally. Thank you!!!!!
This is an excellent video, so simple, calming and well demonstrated. Dan Tien is a very important concept and you make it so easy to understand. Enjoyed your illustration and demonstration; you did it with such grace, confidence and ease. Thank you for these simple yet effective exercises! 👍👏😁
Wonderful video to help rebuild our Dan Tian. Your gentle direction is unique and allows us to continue revisit your site. Thank you. Not all Qi Gong teachers mention the Dan Tian which is essential to our health. Again thank you .
You are the best! I admire your knowledge and your achievement. I have learnt and practicing Qigong since 3 years. I found your videos for beginners as some people asked me to show them. And I love to do some daily exercices along with your beautiful voice. I think I fall in love with YOU(R lessons)... Thank you with all my heart.
Dude, I've been doing a lot of meditation on my lower dantian, but this really kicked things into gear. I have this huge magnetic field in my belly and between my palms when doing this, its kind of funny. My palms sort of resist each other and when I turn laogong (center of my palms) towards my dantian I can feel the magnetic field there. Also the feeling is changing between heat and a cooling sensation. Good stuff man, thanks :D
I really like this. I get a very cold yet warm feeling in my dantien area! Almost like the cold heat from tiger balm or a eucalyptus ointment. Very effective. Thank you Jeffrey!
Thank you Jeremy, I have just started qi gong and finding your videos to die for. You have some good moves 😂 I will check out the coummunty soon 👌🏻 for now I will be smashing the youtube ones 💝
Thanks for this Jeff I will certainly give this a try. You summed me up, as in exercising, sleeping well, eating pretty good etc.......but still not quite feeling right. Love your videos and your approach is very relaxing. Thanks again and I will post with my progress in a few weeks 👍🏻
love this channel! Thank you!! I've just watched 3 or 4 videos and I feel so much calmer! I was having a stressful weekend and I also hold a lot of neck and shoulder and jaw tension as well as having trouble with anxiety and breathing deeply and this helped so much with all of that! I plan to do at least a tiny bit of Qi Gong everyday from now on.
Also I am a pre-k teacher and always trying to find ways to calm the kids down and center them so I think I will start doing a little bit of Qi Gong with them sometimes and see how it works! I think it could really help!
First time trying this routine. I had a headache with pressure at the top of the head. During the practice I felt the pressure after the pressure is not as strong. I love Qi Gong. So simple.
Thank you so much! This is wonderful since I have been looking for a lower dan tian practice. You are very soothing while also giving great instructions. I've been practicing qigong many years and never saw a practice that builds lower qi from front and back -- only sides -- so this is a powerful revelation for me and I am looking forward to the benefits!
Thank you Jeffrey this is definitely qigong exercise to practice. I felt my body relaxing and l yawned at one point! Not at you l hasten to add! My 'balloon' was the colour orange/red. 😊
Thank you for this video, the description is what i was drawn to and i believe i found the answer ive been looking for from you. Thank you and wholeness brother
I love your videos, thanks so much! Immediately feel my body feeling more alive after doing these exercises and my body is more than happy to follow the slow, fluid movements. Bless you, thank you friend
Loved this routine! You explain it so well. Thank you Jeff. I feel more energised and a bit more optimistic. My imaginary balloon was red, but later in the routine I started to imagine white light. That also worked pretty well for me.
I love how your hands form a heart over dan tien. I have IBS, and though I do *heart* my digestive system for what it does for me, that area has caused me a lot of grief for many years (physical & emotional). I've been doing Qi Gong for a few months and just discovered your program a few days ago. I'm hoping this routine will help to loosen the tension that I carry in my gut. I love Qi Gong and appreciate your videos very much - very calm, informative and yes, humorous! Any other routines that would benefit IBS would be very much appreciated. Thank you Jeff!
That's great that you are practicing Qigong to help strengthen digestion, and the stomach. You may find this idea in this video helpful ua-cam.com/video/GWZFXkGFEd8/v-deo.html Keep up the practice!
The "Pain Body" concept definitely applies to IBS. It causes pain < causes stress < worsens pain - an escalating vicious cycle. Makes sense - I read that lower dan tian "...happens to be smack dab where our Gut-Brain is"! My Pain Body has definitely been full for a long time. I'm doing a lot of your videos, and esp this one daily (also dan tian breathing). I can feel expansion in all the 'corners' of my digestive system and always feel relaxed after, in mind and body. Thx so much, Jeff, for all your videos.
@@marymaier9034 "I was suffering from a bad irritable bowel syndrome and the doctors were unable or unwilling to cure it. I started a diet of live probiotics and the problem is gone." ua-cam.com/video/5984nvDJulg/v-deo.html from a comment by Buddha Hollywood. Probiotics like they do it is very potent. I love it and drink 1-2 liters a day. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing this..was explained clearly and simply. After the sequence I was on fire, even sweating which was very surprising because I am a very physically active person. Obviously these exercises are tapping into something my regular one do not.
That's great! We have different muscles, and "modes" that our body can be in, and Qigong can be surprisingly strenuous - in a good way :) Keep up the good work!
Thank you all for your wonderful support with growing this channel and spreading the benefits of simple Qigong practice!

Thanks Jeff. I love your simple and light explanations. Have been following your videos for several months and have started using Qi Gong with patients I work with. I did feel lighter and more energy after doing this routine last night before bed. Thank you 🙏🏻

Noticed a big weight lifted and not so stiff! Big difference, thx u!
Love how I feel afterwards each time, you voice is like a soft music to my ears
Super practice ❤ I am a faithful follower 😅 Took already 2years as a member.... Very helpful
This is brilliant we’ve been doing this everyday 🙏🏼thanks.
Thank you!! Another superb blessing. I have felt like a 'leaky bucket' (as you describe) ... lacking in feeling grounded and strong so often in my life. Felt immediate benefits from this practice ... and feeling so grateful
I loved this! I felt heavy and calm. Very noticeable difference for me since I usually feel very ungrounded. Thank you for this!

Asking some chi gong teachers they did not understand nor could they advice any excersise for more grounding . Love this video because it is very clear your voice sounds kind wich also helps to be soft in my body and movement while doing this exercise. I will start practising these exercises to see if that helps me ground myself and my energie better. thank you
This practice is amazing. Just after doing it, I really feel a difference in my breathing patterns, bringing awareness in the diaphragm ... :)
That's great to hear!
You are really into the spirit of doing this! It is translated in how you teach! This is an awesome routine!
Jeff - you bring out the very essence of qigong in your videos! My hands heated up right away. Thank you.
Two especially interesting and informative ideas in this video:
Breathing into the dantien, not the chest.
And in the forward movement exercise, the subtle lowering of the chin and raising the crown of the head during inhalations for more "space" and relaxing the chin during exhalations.
Question: Do you do this chin movement during all three exercise?
This is brilliant idea for people like me lacking of energy to practice Qigong. Thank you very much. I will try more of your style.
This is great. I did this once and I instantly felt my dantien a lot more tangible than before. Gonna do this consistently to really build my dantien
That's great!
I'm sure you'll do well!
You need a strong Dan Tian to manifest whatever you wish so rock on this exercise!!!
Great job!
Really nice. helps you to really center and connect to breath. Joe is great
Thank you for these Qi Kong lessons l love it and feel great after it.🙏
This is great for bringing higher awareness into the body
Yes, I agree!
Thanks.
You're very welcome, I am glad it was helpful!
this one really gave me a lift...going to try to stick with it for two weeks!
I have been doing Qigong for 7 years now and it is indeed a great way to start your day and helping me to go with the flow. Thank you for the explanations and great videos.
You're very welcome!
That's great that you have been practicing for so long! Your qi must be radiant!
Thank you very much, I am a Qi Gong instructor also and really loved this video there seems to always be something to learn on our journey and practice. Peace and Love
Do you need to store chi energy in order to perform telekinesis and other "abilities"?
Thank you for making this available. I really appreciate it!
Such great explanations and warm demeanor. Thank you for your videos!
Thank you so much. This was a wonderful session after a break in my chi gong practice. Peaceful
, meditative and giving a good grounded energy for the day.
Wonderfully relaxing and calming!
I luv, love Love these exercises.
I got warmer with each one.
A great addition to my practice.
Your instructions are Very Good, thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing these practices and making it so simple and easy to follow. Your voice is so soothing....it brings me into such a calm state.
You're most welcome and thank you!
Thank you for sharing I love this.
Thank you very much for you video! I am a beginner and like your exercises a lot... I'll go on sure and again thanks a lot..great job!
I have just watched this beautiful video. I was transported! It was exquisite. I love your energy and clarity too, so will look forward to learning more qigong with you. Thank you.
That's wonderful to hear! Being 'transported' is a nice feeling - I know exactly what you mean!
Keep up the good work!
Wow! This felt amazing! Thank you so much for the experience!! Loved it! :)
Again thank
you .
You're very welcome!
:)
Very authentic, simple..=perfect!
great for digestivly challanging morning. Lots of gergling, and movement air and of sounds!
A very balancing exercise to do for the am.
Thank you so much for your kind words!
Thank you for sharing the videos! Keep up the good practice!
🙂
I would like you were set of exercises very much thoughtI had chronic stomach problem for many years notit seems to work! Thank you very much.
Thank you for this great instructions ! This is a first step towards healing ! 🙏 🌺🌼🌹
Trying this a few hours before my acupuncture appointment to see if it helps even more!
Qigong and acupuncture are wonderful combinations!
This was great! Thank you for sharing!
This was a brilliant excercise
Dude, I've been doing a lot of meditation on my lower dantian, but this really kicked things into gear. I have this huge magnetic field in my belly and between my palms when doing this, its kind of funny. My palms sort of resist each other and when I turn laogong (center of my palms) towards my dantian I can feel the magnetic field there. Also the feeling is changing between heat and a cooling sensation. Good stuff man, thanks :D
do you practise semen retention it enhances many times fold but would make sense if you do semen retention.
I really like this. I get a very cold yet warm feeling in my dantien area! Almost like the cold heat from tiger balm or a eucalyptus ointment. Very effective. Thank you Jeffrey!
Thank you so much Jeff for yours vidéos. It s great 👍
You're very welcome!!
Thank you Jeremy,
I have just started qi gong and finding your videos to die for. You have some good moves 😂
I will check out the coummunty soon 👌🏻 for now I will be smashing the youtube ones 💝
As usual, I find this video very easy to follow. Love your videos.
Thanks so much!
First time trying this routine. I had a headache with pressure at the top of the head. During the practice I felt the pressure after the pressure is not as strong. I love Qi Gong. So simple.
That's wonderful to hear!
this practice is just a blessing ! thank u sensei . love from france . alexandra
You're most welcome!
I am so glad you found this helpful! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, that fell right, powerfull and relaxing at the same time
You're very welcome and that's a great description!
Thank you Jeffrey this is definitely qigong exercise to practice. I felt my body relaxing and l yawned at one point! Not at you l hasten to add! My 'balloon' was the colour orange/red. 😊
That's great to hear!
Yawning is a good sign, it happens a lot in classes - I don't take it personally 🙂
Keep working on the 'balloon!'
Very Informative Footage! Thank you for Posting!
Felt awesome thx you!
Thank you for this video, the description is what i was drawn to and i believe i found the answer ive been looking for from you. Thank you and wholeness brother
You're most welcome! I'm so glad it was helpful!
This is definitely an effective exercise, I can shock people by doing it!
I love your videos, thanks so much! Immediately feel my body feeling more alive after doing these exercises and my body is more than happy to follow the slow, fluid movements. Bless you, thank you friend
You're so welcome!
This was wonderful Jeff, I will definitely be doing these exercises regularly. Thank you!!
Loved this routine! You explain it so well. Thank you Jeff. I feel more energised and a bit more optimistic. My imaginary balloon was red, but later in the routine I started to imagine white light. That also worked pretty well for me.
That's wonderful! That's a nice image of your balloon turning from red to white!📍
You may find this idea in this video helpful ua-cam.com/video/GWZFXkGFEd8/v-deo.html
Keep up the practice!
We have different muscles, and "modes" that our body can be in, and Qigong can be surprisingly strenuous - in a good way :)
Keep up the good work!
Thank you
I feel warm and rounded!
Thanks a lot for exercises. I will start practice.
Thank you! It was very clarifying, helpful and above all generous🙏🏻
