Since there are rumors Wendy's family is rich(Duh! how her parents send their daughters in a prestigious school abroad because it looks fun if they're not hefty rich) probably their family business is around medical field. Her sister pursuing Pharmacist and Wendy once said if she's did not pursue being an idol she would be pursuing dentistry. Anyway im just thankful to her parents for letting Wendy do what she wants when their daughter is as brilliant as this who can easily get in an Ivy League school like her sister, knowing how asian parents are so strict when it comes to this.

미국에선 학업이나 운동을 장려하기 위해서 대통령의 이름으로 뿌려줍니다. 저 오바마 서명도 자필이 아니라 인쇄되어 나갑니다. 한국에선 대통령상이면 해당 분야에서 전국 1등 한 명이 받죠, 보통.
그러다 보니 잡다구니한 운동장려상도 오바마상이라며 국내에서 사기치는 인간도 있습니다. 예시를 들자면 가수 임형주가 있습니다. 비만율이 높아 보건복지 관련 부처에서 전국민 운동장려상에 오바마 이름을 새겨서 줍니다. 일정 점수를 채우면 동상 은상 금상 플레티넘상을 줍니다. 임형주는 그런 미국인 운동장려상을 한미우호증진에 힘썼다는 공로로 받았다고 사기를 칩니다. 그런 인물들이 한둘이 아닙니다.
