- Los Boliches is one of the suburbs of Fuengirola (along with Torreblanca, Carvajal, El Boquetillo and Los Pacos). Los Boliches has the best location on the eastern side of the Fuengirola center. It is a popular beach resort area with many hotels, restaurants, and bars.

Fuengirola is ruined by giant hornets everywhere that weren't there five years ago. They are at the pool, on the beach, everywhere. Ruined our holiday. Also note that since 2022 public buildings like hotels are not allowed to have their air con below 27c so it's boiling hot inside hotels and other buildings. Total affront to tourists. We also did not find the locals all that friendly there is a lot of anti tourist sentiment
