    Very nice project, think the water supply needs to be suppressed somewhat to limit losses on the middle pot, pond supply houses sell such things. I would also have sprayed the pipes undercoat brown where they show to match the pots as closely as possible plus silicone sealant both inside and out for a belt and braces approach. You can get brown silicone so I would have used that against the outside of the pots. These are not criticisms just a helping hand for any one that chooses to copy this superb idea.

  • @manuelberino7027
    @manuelberino7027 2 роки тому

    Constructive suggestion: Drill a hole a bit larger for the water pipe to get through, together with the pump end rather than cutting the wire. Apply silicon paste strong enough to cover the in and outside of the hole. I have two solar pump fountains and a water falls at my backyard and another larger up front of the house converted from electric to solar generated pump. All you need is an extension cord to keep the solar on the roof not visible from passing by folks where the solar panel is located.

    It would look 100X better if you used copper or some other metal for the spouts (instead of PVC). Still, clever.

    Pouring some gravel over the water pipe at the base would have made for a cleaner look. Having to burry electrical underground was omitted from this task.

    Hello. Hope I can get some help. I have cockatiels. I just want to ask how can I wash the fruits and vegetables we give to birds to get rid of pesticides and other stuff. Can I use vinegar, white or apple cider, for this purpose? If so, what are the proportions to use of vinegar to water? This is for non-organic produce. Does it matter if the vinegar is organic, distilled? At least apple cider vinegar, that is. Since I read birds are sensitive to pesticides and want to know how to clean them best as possible.
