Great video, very well explained. After watching this series, I've got some good insights on how to explain this to my players. One distraction though is the "background" music which drowns out the coach. This guy is so entertaining all on his own - you don't need the music!
my coach just loves to run flat top the five man motion but these videos have helped us this season as for we have only lost one game on both of our teams. THANK YOU!!

Need to crank up the garage rock guitar jamming up some more. I can still hear bits and pieces of important info the coach is trying to say.
