Sure, when your blogger blog becomes ready to apply, simply use your existing adsense account. You can also add multiple emails for your adsense account too.

You won't, when you log into blogger the option to run ads will simply become available. It took my blog 3 months before I was able to run ads if that helps.
The codes are for manual placement which does not work in blogger. You simply turn on and enable ads. By default there are two placements. You can also add in the Adsense gadget which depends on your template. Or you can turn on auto ads which optimizes the placement using machine learning.

Correct, in your Blogger dashboard they have AdSense widgets, but auto ads optimizes the placement over time.

You can't use sub domains like website at wordpress or website at blogspot. It needs to be your own custom URL.

Any widget is fine for auto ads. Basic placements are also built into blogger, to for those adsense widget blocks you would need to put code in.

No, like Amazon Associates you can only have one AdSense account with multiple blogs.
