I can watch women's field hockey reruns anytime I want now. Lucia had success on Woog's coattails and recruiting. I think the men should play at Kidder and the women should get to play at Mariucci. In addition, checking should now be allowed in women's hockey. Women in MMA, for example, could kick Lucia's and his assistant coaches' asses. So, let the women check and muck it up in the corners.

I'm the opposite; I have always loathed UND; or as I know them; the Canadian junior national team. UND's motto, thank god for Canadian semi-professional 21 yr old freshman. You're right, the storied rivalry is gone (for good?) account greedy fucks in the NCAA.
I remember the Gophers playing without cages and no helmets even. Williams Arena was a special sheet of ice. Herb stopped in to watch a game once, checking up on Buetow's progress I suppose. Now, I just don't give a fuck about the BIG10 or even the NHL. The NHL is too watered down.
