last fight at the end of season 2 was a little to much and the acting in those scene weren't oscar worthy but you are right is a great show I'm waiting for the 3rd season which wont be out until spring 2020

4 years later we are on Season 5 and this is STILL the best show on television! These writers just get better and better which is so rare. Daniel has only gotten more badass with every season!

Ralph's voice has FINALLY changed after so many years of sounding like a kid. You can definitely hear the difference,no longer does he sound like the karate kid.

You youngstas out there have no idea about how major this movie was back in 84. I was in the 6th grade when the Karate Kid premiered and remember all the girls in school literally walking around the school with head shot pictures of Ralph Macchio in their hands and backpacks. Girls we're creamin all over him when he played Daniel. Us guys we're scrubs, we couldn't get NO LUV LOL.

I grew up watching the Karate Kid as a child in the 80's and it's what got me into taking up karate. Karate Kid was a big part of my childhood. I've now just finished watching all 10 episodes of Cobra Kai and it really brought me back to those days when I was a kid.
I watched all 10 episodes in one day and it is AMAZING!!!! It's obviously not the same as the originals but it focuses in on Johnny now and I love it. And because it's so good, it got renewed for a second season.
I didn’t grow up when this movie was big but lucky for me my parents collected movies and The Karate Kid was one of them and for Xmas this year I got part II and III

Gawd I LOVE the Karate Kid movies! Especially the first two. I grew up with all four and saw them countless times. I even think number three and four are okay, but the first two are the real diamonds. Since then I've seen so many interviews and panels with the cast and crew. Needless to say, I can't wait to see this series!
I love the end of the 3rd movie where he is doing kata moves in front of his opponent at the tournament and has him all confused. The music playing at the moment and then he finally focuses and strikes. I could watch that part all day. "Listen to your heart, it knows right from wrong, let it guide you".

Daniel Callahan he was in a podcast with Ralph Macchio. He was very funny, modest and courteous. The two seemed to get along very well together. I don’t know if you could call them friends but it seemed like they certainly respect each other. I know, they made each other laugh. All in all, it was a wonderful podcast.
