Yeah, you're right. Deep inside we all might have contributed to the rise of such factors in someone, to state an example, let's consider a child who goes through constant body shaming. A kid who might not have the mental endurance to withstand this trauma and harassment can turn out to be a bully in later life so as to take revenge. So in a way, we all need to change and that should be the primary step.
