It definitely sounds cleaner, and less distorted especially for highs, and mids. Therefore vocals will sound noticeably better. It's a little louder but the difference is not huge. However, my favorite upgrade is the swappable battery on the 320. You can have multiple spare batteries and keep your outdoor party going for a whole day at max volume. Also, if your battery degrades over-time you ca. Simply swap it! However if you're going go use it at home mostly that probably wouldn't matter Overall it's a good upgrade but the 320 is alot cheaper. You can find used/refurbished ones for around $370 while the newer version is around $600
the 320 in max 100% sounds cleaner than 310
