I am a waiking miracle of God's amazing love and grace on May the 15th 2016 I had a massive drink and drugs overdose ended up in hospital for thirteen weeks to save me was told I might not make it was also told I will be on dialysis the rest of my life had to have 9 major operations in 9 week's to save me was told I will be on dialysis the rest of my life in my weak and desperate time i called out to god to save me he heard my cry and plea and toke up my challenge in the coming weeks i was a completely different person kidneys resrored no dialysis pulled through my operations and the cherry on top of the cake my bondages to drink and drugs Had disappeared been clean and Sober ever since HALLELUJAH im like the prodigal son I've came home it's all thanks to my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ thank you Lord for what you have done for I love you from the bottom of my heart AMEN

I am going through this now I'm new to Jesus Christ I have just come out of prison for selling drugs. I truly want to change it hasn't been instant for me but I am so far from where I was. I was worried am I saved then I got some scripture pop up on my phone about how cheap sparrows are yet God mourns and knows of the passing of everyone, then he says you are worth many sparrows and that even our hairs are counted. I knew in that moment I was saved it's amazing feeling. I can see the spirit war in everything now feel like my eyes are opened how did it take me 41 years to realise Jesus Christ is the king and he loves us.

I was more than the underdog,
in every group i' been, i was the one everybody despised.😶
Same here man. I adopted a life philosophy early on: for every person that doubts your abilities, doesn’t recognize your potential, or gives up on you - I’ve made sure each and every one of those individuals regret not believing in me (not giving me those chances, letting me go from a career, giving up on me, etc) by improving myself and working to accomplish so much beyond what any of those people who doubted me ever thought possible. You make them realize they made they passed up on the biggest blessing they’d ever come across in their lives (humanly speaking), so no one makes that mistake again.
I’m a son of a pastor btw.
My freshman year I was over 250 pounds with a 44 inch waist. Started working out when I got a job as a cleaning boy at a gym, lost 80 pounds, got down to a 33 inch waist (6’1”), and every girl I got denied by before that regretted it. Especially when they realized I had good fashion sense too, once I could finally fit in slim fit clothes.
Got an internship in finance early on in college throughout the year, but ended up getting let go at the beginning of the second summer I was supposed to work there. I was devastated. Eventually I sucked it up, put my resume together, and submitted it with cover letters to 80+ different hedge funds, and didn’t get a single response back (even after cold calling every one to make sure they got my resume). But I realized there were still opportunities internationally, and ended up landing a virtual internship that same summer with a hedge fund database out of South Africa - then landed a second internship at that same time with a state legislature! I ended up writing 100 pages for a book as a ghost author on ‘how to build a hedge fund,’ which is still available on amazon today, and I was only 19.
Both of those were short internships that only lasted 1-2 months (set duration of the internships) but it wasn’t even July yet. Plus the guys from the South African internship wanted to bring me on full time.
I had also started networking at events in Chicago (which no one my age would take the time to attend) and ended up landing a third internship at an actual fund in the middle of the summer!
I ended up getting hired on full time, getting promoted rapidly through the company, and was head of derivative strategies within 2 YEARS! I even lived in a penthouse for a time.
I ended up getting screwed out of about $5 million and ended up leaving the firm, as a result of a toxic boss, and don’t even want to explain the details of an FBI investigation I had to cooperate with (nothing that I did, just to be clear). I had surpassed every one of my peers by at least 5-10 years.
I’ve had troubles getting back into the industry, as a result of the previous firm having a bad reputation in the industry after my leaving (this is year 5 back living with my parents), but God hasn’t had me come this far, just to throw in the towel. Most of my friends are gone, my network is pretty much useless now, and I barely have any money to my name at the moment, but I know God isn’t done with me yet. He didn’t lead me to become an expert in a specific niche which there are only about a dozen people in the world that know how to do what I do.
I’m 26, and know fully that there’s something He still needs me to finish. The race maybe unbearable at times, but I’ll be dead before I let anyone doubt what God has in store for me.
Moral to the story is, if you don’t fight to prove them wrong, then they were right the entire time. God can use anybody, but if he chooses you and you don’t act, there’s only one person to blame. You have to be faithful in the small things before greater responsibilities will be trusted to you.
Me to, but when I hear Jesus Christ say fear not for I am with you, I stand my ground. I look for strength and answers in his scriptures
If someone ask me to lie about myself or if I don't I will lose ,that's when I dig my heals in and stand my ground.. My Father never lied or said settle for a lie. The enemy does force the negativity and sometimes it is difficult to discern God through the storm or stress. I pray for every brother and sister in Christ who struggles and that are weak at the season. For God will provide and speak quietly. Father help us through the suffering but I do believe you have something for us through this battle. I give you Praise and Glory. I will press on with you!! Strengthen all my brothers and sisters in Christ for you are with us nor you forsake us. We can go through in you Jesus!! Amen amen amen!!!
