The Palm Channel will present some of the highlights from our catalogue, an eclectic mix of original short films, interviews from our archives exploring the roots and branches of Jamaican music, and much more.
Created by Island Records founder Chris Blackwell (Bob Marley, U2, Grace Jones etc.). Palm Pictures has always pushed musical boundaries and encouraged unlikely collaborations. Since the late 90's it has been a leader in the convergence of music and film, producing and distributing music documentaries, arthouse & foreign cinema, and music videos.
Hands on the Bible so underarrated
What would you have me do is one of my all time favorite songs
Same.. Catches a sullen mood of sub-prime relationship.. That went on way too long LOL
Local-H is a top 5 band of all time for me. This album is criminally underrated. Tracks 5 & 10 drag a bit, but the rest is straight KILLER.
i know this comment is like 10 months old.. but i actually think baby wants to tame me is really cool thew ay it drags on.. its hard to describe but its almost like a mind fuck when it keeps going towards the end... much in the way a lot of tool's music does with their repetition/development etc.
Still my favorite album of the mighty H. Wish my hard copy was able to play in my truck.
awesome
People are whinging about too many ads.
Who cares.
Quality album and quality music.
That's right people want the cheap way out.
Real rockers still buy albums.
I love this album!!!
this album is a lot better than i remembered, it is not local h's best album but it has a lot of really cool ideas and melodies...all local h's albums are great!
for sure JB

They most certainly do man. Seen them 4 times since I first saw them in 2010 near Boston. I'm 31 and still in love with 'em even with all the lineup changes
