I am a 59 year-old grandma (from the Philippines) but I get so much inspiration, wisdom, and joy from watching snippets of your lives (Ash and mentor mama included) and joining along in your Bible studies. God has been using your ministry to create in me a deeper desire to know and love God more. This particular video came at just the right time for me ( no accidents for the people of God 😊). Love the focus upon the verbs to give clarity to God’s character, love the humor as you bring contrasts and truths! Thanks for the transparency as you follow Holy Spirit and dig deep. This Psalm was one that delivered me from Post parturition depression! Medicine from heaven!

I've been trying to seek God's word more. I have always struggled with reading the bible, but only recently started going to bible studies and oh boy have they helped. I enjoyed this study with you and learned a lot. My mom named me Beth from Psalms 119. She told me once if I could be like that it would be good. I never understood what the verse meant or how to do it, but when you spoke about it and connected it to what we just read in Psalms 40 it was like a light bulb. It makes sense. Sometimes you need more than just reading. You need guidance and prayer for understanding. Thank you for taking the time to create this lesson for us.

I majorly picked up on a praying process in this passage! First you pray and wait on God (waiting). Then God responds (deliverance). Then we praise and thank him for our blessings (joy). Thank you for doing this video I truly have learned tons from it! 😊

Thank you so much for this lesson! I am currently recovering from a massive brain tumor and am having trouble remembering things and have felt disconnected with God. I know I need to be patient and in time things will get better, but with all that is going on on this world I can’t help but feel time is limited. Hey my friend! Don't feel discouraged if you have a hard time following along with methods like these- they aren't for everyone! You can read and march to the beat of your own drum! I personally don't usually follow a method when I do Bible study, but I will follow a method like this if I am planning on teaching!
