- This video has been requested in the past but I never had the gumption to do it. I finally gathered the courage to show y'all the little bit that I know how to do. Is it really origami? I don't know. I'm just folding some papers the way I used to in school. And it is what I make for the children that I attend on the bus. They get a kick out of it.
In this video you will hear tracing paper crinkles & folding. A little bit of writing with a felt pen.

I remember back in middle school when everyone made these, and wrote messages in them. It was like truth or dare, where you’d pick a color and so on. Ahhh memories

I sometimes think how I just haven't quite got time to watch and listen right now but tell myself I'll just have a quick snippet of a look and then watch later... The sounds in this are just magnificent! You put so much thought into the right paper and the right surface to achieve maximum crinkles! I just love the orange manicure and the orange pen and the orange birds on the comforter! You do so well, Rebecca! Your efforts do not go unnoticed! I appreciate you so much!
I am so sorry for not responding to your message as yet. I am so keen to reply properly that it takes me a good while to write back and I've had a bit of a crazy week (good crazy) nothing is wrong at all 😊 Also, I have been a little slow watching a few of your videos because, for the past week or so, I have not been receiving UA-cam notifications 😕 However, it is not just your channel. It is every channel that I have subscribed to. Anyhow, I have gone back through my settings and re-selected all of the notifications that I want to receive. So hopefully, it won't continue to happen. If it does, I will get onto the UA-cam help centre. ("Centre" is another word that we spell differently) hehe

Oh Kerin, you are so kind and thoughtful. Don’t worry about not responding right away. That’s how I am with most of my friends and that’s how they are with me. We have our own schedules. But I understand the aspect of not wanting to write until you have your ducks in a row one way or another. I appreciate that about your personality. It’s similar to mine. Careful and thoughtful.
I don’t know what’s going on with UA-cam. I miss a ton of replies and some notifications. Even my subscriber count will fluctuate sometimes and I wonder what’s happening there. Big numbers too. Hundreds will go missing and then suddenly show up again. So I wonder if they’re being unsubscribed and then subscribed again but don’t get notifications.
Maybe it’s always been this way but I suspect the coronavirus is being used as an excuse for their unprofessionalism. They say they have less employees right now so not to expect certain things from them. Hmmm 🤔
I’m glad you could appreciate my setting in this video. You don’t miss a thing. It’s kind of a trade secret that you noticed. So many people don’t think of it. I’m not describing it exactly because I don’t really want to give it away to the public. 😉

Awww....I love your responses! You write so eloquently. I also listened to your whispered version of this one last night and OMG! It is wonderful! I actually had tingles for the first time in a long time! I find that when I watch a lot of ASMR, I do get tingle immunity lol but I still find it incredibly relaxing. However, your whispered version was so good that it made my eyes water...seriously 😊 I laughed when you said that you "hated school". So did I! I hated anything to do with maths and geometry but thrived in English and readin' and writin'. I especially loved (and still do), to write stories and poetry and enjoyed the creative assignments.
Yeah, even though I don't have to deal with UA-cam on a professional basis, I find them incredibly lax. Anyhow, I am pleased to tell you that I have been receiving the notifications again. Maybe, the notifications glitch is also the reason that your subscriber levels fluctuate? Dunno. All of these gremlins just "do your head in", don't they?! 😫

I guess that I would say that I just kind of melt too 😊 I am in love with that video! I had to watch it again last night! I am sensing a theme with me....I love paper sounds the most! As for my writing, I am so sad to report that I haven't kept anything that I have written over the years. I wrote poems and letters to give away to other people and didn't make copies 😔 How silly of me. I need to get in touch with my creative side again. You have unwittingly inspired me to start journalling. I regret that I did not start doing it many years ago. I know that you have a thick file full of writing! How awesome!

I love writing sounds! I find it very useful especially when I need to concentrate and I know it’s useful for people when studying too. Perhaps trying out different pen styles or on different types of paper. Writing letters to subscribers perhaps?

If I may make a suggestion...
Keep your million cranes challenge going but only do it once a week. Keep it about 1-2 hours. Fold other interesting and different things the rest of the week. You need to change it up consistently. Variety.

I noticed most Asmr content tend to be longer videos so I’ll definitely look at that as well. I’ll be back to relax and listen on your channel 😀
The length of your video depends on your audience. It's good to have a variety of all different lengths. But if you have a lot of people that are trying to sleep, the longer the better. My videos are typically between a 1/2 hour and an hour and a half. I'm too impatient to make videos any longer than that. Lol. Good luck! 🍀👍🏻
