Yeah, I agree, not the greatest cards or outfits this time. I only have about 2k right now (terrible i know) but I'm DEFINITELY saving for the 2nd anniversary and Scream?! Welcome to the Wolf Forest!. I love all their cards, but I'm especially desperate for Akito and Shizuku (2nd anni) and Shiho and Minori (Wolf Forest). Edit: FUCK YEAH got all the dark fes cards (besides the virtual singers but i wasn't pulling for them) fingers crossed for wolf shiho and whatever minori is meant to be

I am def more leaning to Shizu and Mafuyu on second Anni, but man Akitos card art is just top tier, and I WISH I had the funds for Scream!? Wolf forest. But like I only have 139k and I am summing from both second anni and the June Wedding gacha so that's not in the cards omega lul

I’m gonna say the same thing I did last time, save up for the 2nd anniversary. Trust me it’s worth it. The rates actually get doubled and you can pick a previous anniversary card on the gacha and 3 4* rate ups of your choice. Ofc, if you REALLY don’t like the 2nd anniv cards then don’t pull if you wouldn’t like them, but also keep in mind this banner is perm and the 2nd is lim so it’s good for collector’s value anyways. (Also the outfits on this current banner are mid tbh.) Also side note: I have nearly enough to spark for akito on 2nd anniv! Only 1k to go!
Yeah I would say that second Anni is only not worth it if you really really dislike the card theme or costumes. Like even if you only like them mildly the fact that you can lock in 3 permanents you LOVE and on top of that the Colorfes options which are pretty damn good ON TOP of the 6% gacha rate just makes second anni so high value that it's hard to pass up. You are def getting that 1k gem from the Character rank system changes who drop on the 28th no worries there! You gonna pick up Akito no problem! (Personally I will pick up which ever stray soul I don't get from my 90k sum spree on Satruday when the event drops)

Grinded for a week so got from 20k to 60k by grinding out full combos from hard and a bit of expert. So either way, akito cannot escape me!! I hope you get lucky on your anniv pulls lol
@@Kaede_matsu Well they just released the patch notes for 2.3.0 yesterday night which includes all the changes that will be coming to the character rank system. But on the 28th the update will change basically the whole system and long time players might see an influx of 10-15k gems if you are lucky. Basically there are changes to the current missions such as increases to the cap of most missions such as Stamps, Side stories, Green room, etc There will be a spilt between 1/2/3 stars and BD/4 stars when it comes to mastery and skills, which changes how that works Mission pass costumes will be starting to count towards the costume character rank meaning people who has bought every single one will be getting a TON of points for all the costumes in their inventory Plants/Trees/Decorations/Band items will start giving points (only character) 1 point per character decoration level 1 point per every two band item levels (only band members) and 1 point per every 5 plant/tree levels (everyone) Also Alt covers bought with cover cards will start counting towards character rank. You can read the patch notes in game currently under the UPDATE 2.3.0 news card. the 2nd anniversary is so close and i just have 65k i mean that would be enough probably since i have the thing to spark someone but since i don't want to lose out on wolf shiho i think that gonna try to pull just the right amout i can to still be able to get shiho And after that event ends i want ichika's costume from the next event so im literally crying right now
Yeah it is TIGHT right now, because we go into Second Anni which is a banger, followed by Scream wolf forest which has some of the cutest outfits hair style combos in a long while, which then leads into Lion Dance Colorfest in December with the long haired Tsukasa and Painter Ena a lot of people love, and then on TOP of that you have Toya, Rui and Kaito in Febuary for White day, Shiho, An, Ena, Miku, Len and Rin for 1.5 Anni in march and then maybe SEVEN DEADLY SINS IN APRIL/MAY
i spent a multi and got a minroll as always, my last multis were all minrolls (about 20 already not joking) i’ll cry if i don’t get a 4* in the lim banner with higher rates… ty for this series i’m enjoying them and learn a bunch
God I've also had absolutley terrible luck the last few rolls so I feel you (Also the fact I did not get a 4* in my first 120 rolls on my acc was a bit of a downer) But I promise we will do better on second Anni, or both you and me will cry XD
In my opinion, the cards are beautiful, but the clothes are a little disappointing in the 3d models, anyway, I'm totally ignoring this gacha because I NEED Mafuyu in the next event, I can get these cards later on the exchange or randomly in a gacha
Oh yeah the Lion dance Tsukasa is GOATED but like I've kinda came to the conclusion that I only like the Tsukasa from that set personally, and I am not dropping 90k gems for a single card when I already personally own White day kasa. But i can really undestand the struggle of picking between the two!
@@MoreMoreSekai I think you should only pull in banners where you like at least 2 of the cards tbh cuz the chances of getting the ONE you want is surprisingly small (also cuz sekai LOVES giving u the other 2 besides the 1 you want. That’s what happened to me on cyber with Toya..) Btw I love your vids they’re very informational and are a motivation to save to me :D
@@Kaede_matsu Yeah I am going to make a video about how earn gems post second anni where I was planning on talking about Gem planning and gacha summoning spread, (as in how you are supposed to plan your sums and a bit of math behind it) But I've def found that the more I look into things and plan myself that any gacha that does not have two cards I love and a third that I at least like go to the "no go pile" as steep price of 90k gems to garauntee you get the card you love is only available roughly once a year if you are fully F2P and 2-3 times a year if you are a dolphin. Hence I have put Lion dance on a "Sad I will miss but there are better options next year" list while my friend loves all 5 cards and are going hard in on Lion Dance.
So i am a new player here and still a little confused about the gacha and some part of the game.i do play several gacha game before like genshin impact and PGR. But this one throw me off guard a little because there is no stamina,anyway my question is there a meta in this game? or any character is fine to use for any song?
So this question requires a bit of explanation TL:DR No there is no meta, you should only summon from gachas you like and want the Card/Costume/Hairstyle from. (Limited cards are technically more valuable than non limited ones , limited cards have hairstyles and only rerun once a year after the initial release) Full Answer: There is no meta in the sense that there is a strongest set up of characters or meta in the sense of "you need these cards to compete" but of course there are certain things making teams stronger or weaker depending on the current situation in Sekai. In Sekai there are 3 main types of skills a card can have, boost score, accuracy and healing. (These can be split up further but that's for another time) These skills are self explanatory and they are all balanced around being mostly the same. There is variation within the cards but never to the point of some cards being noticeably better than others, and cards often share same skills (as in skills are not exclusive to one card) So in Sekai you build a team after what you need for the song, are you aiming for all perfect? Most people pick accuracy. Are you aiming to beat a spam section you often die on? Heal team. Etc etc. You can boost your team's power more significantly by buying and upgrading the decoration items and the attribute plants/trees (unlocked at rank 30? I think) Upgrading decoration items gives your characters much more significant boosts to their "power" But this is excluding events out of the equation, I am sure you have understood by now that events run on a week to week basis. An event runs for 7-9 days at a time and then there is roughly one and a half days break between the next event. Each event has a set of focus characters and a specific attribute the event is tied to. This event being Vivid bad squad (+ VBS Kaito) with the attribute Cool. The Vivid bad squad characters during the next 7 day's until Sep 28th will have "Event score bonus" tied to them. Picking characters with high event score bonus will allow you to get high "event points" Event points let you tier on the event ladder by playing songs and it also allows you to exchange the event tokens you get for each played song for rewards in the event shop. In the event shop you can get important materials such as Miracle gems for upgrading cards or unlocking side stories, gold for upgrading character decoration items. New characters, etc. At the end of an event depending on how high you got, you get a few rewards, including a title, skill scores for upgrading your characters skills, and gems. T5000 is the usual aim for most people who wish to min max their gem gain during later stages of the game. But many people dedicate weeks to grind out to be at the top of the ladder. So in the sense of events you could technically argue that there is a meta, as many people who are in the top 100 of the server use fully upgraded cards from the new gacha. As the cards released with the event give a 70% bonus instead of the 50% older cards give. But it's not necessary to have these cards to get to the top.
These costumes are some of the worst i've seen in this game. I 100000000% agree that people should pull for 2nd anni cards tho! I myself am praying that I get Mafuyu, though I'll also be really happy with Shizuku or any of the 4 rate ups i choose (fes Ichika, bug Mafuyu, tricologe Mizuki, bug Mizuki)
Yeah there is just something so inheritly off about the costumes, (especially them being the worst case I've ever seen of "oversized male costumes" like it's getting silly with how like far away from the body costumes just hover) Really praying for Shizuku and Mafuyu myself! I wish you the best of RNG luck on second anni! Picking Fes Ichika is really solid, her costume is super versitle, has nice colors and she is really easy to tell she is wearing the hairstyle even when you are not using the card, personally i think I am picking Fes Haruka.
As one of the like 8 people saving for sorrowful farewell at the curtain call and the find a way out gacha, this one will have to be a skip.... even though I think this kaito is suuuuper pretty
Kaitos glasses are def super versitle when it comes to customizations for him personally I will not deny that Sorrowful farewell is a really good gacha, one of the few Nene cards I mostly like, I can def seeing that being a good choice
