I agree these people need alot of assistance. But why do they keep having babies when they cannot afford to take care of them. They can't feed them or cloth them as they should. I had two kids and wanted more, but I knew it would have been difficult to provide for them, so I didn't have any more. I don't understand why they can't see that. Just trying to understand. ❤
