did you remember to set the responsive mode to show only on mobile? make sure you use the icon box widget as used in the tutorial and not the nav menu widget if this is not helpful, you can contact me via email with a screenshot of your design so i can help you further thank you
You can simply do that by adding it to your footer template if you are using elementor pro, if you are using the free version you can use any addon plugin such elementkits, elementor header and footer plugin to add it to every page. i hope this helps you
that is because you need to add it to you global footer template to ensure it shows in all pages for you. you can also check the new video i did to of achieve something like this with more features
