Well now you've got me wanting a Jazzmaster. I've never seen any for sale used in the music store or pawn shops near me though. That may speak to how nice they are and that nobody sells 'em once they have one. Gonna stay on the lookout for a used Jazzmaster anyway, hopefully a good deal on a beater/fixer-upper to work on. Have a few other various Squiers already including Mustang, Tele and hardtail Strat so a Jazzmaster would round out my little 'collection.' Enjoyed the show Alan, have a great weekend!
Hi Alan, great vid! I purchase a CV Squire Strat several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. I modded the neck added locking tuners and I could hardly tell the difference between my MIM Strat and the CV worth every penny spent ☮️✌️🙏 Rock On 🤘🤘🤘
an L6S is the solid body version of the L5S- do your homework. it has 24 frets and bill lawrence pickups I own one- its a great guitar. try to learn something before you talk, huh?
What the F are you talking about? This is a video about the Jazzmaster. Maybe don’t do drugs before you type, huh? I’m leaving this comment up here so maybe others can convince you to go to rehab
I think the Jazzmaster is extremely comfortable to play sitting down. Such a good shape for that. Not a fan of the pickups, honestly. It's weird - it's the same scale length as a Strat, but the neck pickup on a Strat sounds great and the neck on a Jazzmaster sounds pretty trebly. I kinda want one anyway. Pickups are super easy to upgrade.
Do you like gear reviews and demos? Of course you do! Check out the full playlist here! ua-cam.com/play/PLJ7bQFZhdVlM7HBhb45mPk_mPBJMD9ZJR.html
As I have gotten older the Jazzmaster style has grown on me
Same here!

Yeah although any JM style pickup is going to be very treble heavy even the higher quality ones.
