1. Wear soft and luxurious fabrics.
Take action: Go through your closet and touch all of your clothes.
Which ones feel great ? Be honest. WEAR THEM. Stop buying cheap fabrics and build a wardrobe that will last for years that will always make you feel great.
2.Wear clothes that moves (think of Marilon Monroe scene, fashion shoots with a fan, a leisurely stroll outside where there is a light breeze)
Take action: Search for these items in your closet and group them together, where you will often see them and be reminded to wear it.
3.It doesn't have to be expensive, it just shouldn't be old / worn out.
Take action: Get rid of worn out and old clothes. Let it go.
4.It doesn't have to be fashionable but should fit your body perfectly.
Take action: Choose 3 items you like and have them tailored.
5.Wear plain or smaller prints - keep it subtle.
Take action: Group bold prints together in your closet and out of sight, only take them out if you need a "pop colour" or when you want to boost a boring outfit.
6. Go modest, don't show a lot of skin.
Take action: Make an effort to cover up, especially your neck and decolletage. Don't be afraid to try it. At first it will feel strange and "uptight" but you will learn to love it.
7.Choose dresses and skirts over pants.
Take action: Don't be lazy - make an effort to dress more feminine instead of just practical and comfortable.
8.Wear the right underwear and shapewear with each outfit.
Take action: Buy proper seamless shapewear. Start with a pair of pantyhose.
9. Keep your nails and makeup colours neutral.
Take action: Choose your favourite lip/ nail colour, take it to the store and colour match the other item accordingly.
