Hello, I am from Valencia. The pumpkin fritters that you have tried seem to have been made quickly, which is why it had a lot of oil. I usually make it at home and let it rest so that the oil is released and you put sugar on top. I personally put powdered sweetener on it, which is also there. very good and also with thick chocolate like churros, a hug
