I finally noticed
in sonic colors, sonic starts in the grassy area of planet wisp, and he approaches the construction/mining areas of the planet
in this track it follows the same pattern for the regular direction.

Its so stupid though you don't know which players are on which team. This would add an entirely new element to it, and could you imagine the memes? Sure, Super Sonic and Eggman double points for their side, but who really wants to be stuck playing as those characters specifically when you can get far more loot you know, doing your main?
