Hope and Rafael really remind me of Caroline and Tyler. Hope and Landon are like Matt and Caroline you know they wont end up together but they are a good combo. plus Matt and Tyler were best friends like Landon and Rafael. And Tyler and Rafael both have some anger issues that they have an easier time talking about with Hope/Caroline. they also get help with their wolf side from the girls all together the dynamics are pretty similar
