I can understand that it’s not proven scientifically. And for some women it really doesn’t matter what they eat (my sister in law breasted four babied eating chilli peppers and baby didn’t react to anything)
For me on the other hand I have breastfed two babies so far. one for nine months one for eleven months . Both of them reacted to all fresh vegetables and fruits I are and all spices except for the salt. However cow milk didn’t cause any reaction. Strawberries caused huge rash and pain on the skin for the baby.
Also none of them was allergic to anything later. And they only had reactions for up to four months.

Yes, of course, while there is a general body of evidence and research, there are also unique variations among babies and their reactions. Well done for observing and discovering what seemed to bother your babies, and being able to keep breastfeeding for way beyond 6 months despite these unique challenges! Amazing work!

@@breastfeedingmagicwithnadiya i really wish there were studies on this topic so we could understand it better. Breastfeeding my third baby currently she is three weeks and again my diet has to be poor and bland in order for her to not have pain. It doesn’t make sense because breastfeeding mother really should be able to eat nutritious food even more so than everyone else 😔
