Thanks, I almost tackled this while out camping but I’ll wait to I get home!

This is an outstanding example of how to cram about two minutes of valuable information (the remainder of which is superfluous verbiage) into an eight minute video. Be brief; be blunt; be gone.

The front brackets are to help prevent a smaller vehicle from going under the truck in a collision.

I'm doing the same thing. my issues are getting the holes to line up. I got the front bolts in. then I found out I didn't have the 15/16th socket or wrench. I nearly lost a finger lining up the holes on one side. I got frustrated and put it away.
now that I know what I'm doing and will have the tools it will go much quicker
overall I know it will be worth it
    poor planning on my part
edit: I found the sockets long enough so I feel much better. now I'm going to do it Tuesday or wednesday
I knew I had 3/4" socket set. I just found it a few minutes ago (5:00 pm central) and I have all the sockets I need
