Deeper Sonar Pro Plus Helps Us Boat Monster Bass! - Bass Fishing

- Tom and I launched the Deeper Sonar Pro Plus and it helped us boat monster bass, we had one of our best bass fishing trips to date while deploying the Deeper Sonar pro. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of the product at first and I had seen it floating around UA-cam but I am honestly impressed and no, I am not being paid to say so. The gentlemen with Deeper reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in field testing the sonar, I have always been fascinated with any technology that could potentially help me to be a better fisherman, so I agreed. Once I received the Sonar, I plugged in it to make sure it was fully charged, it took a couple hours. In the mean time I downloaded the app, this process was pretty painless. Once the Deeper was fully charged I stopped at a local pond, activated the Bluetooth and was up and running. I was pretty amazed with how simplified they made the process, I have had zero issues with the app thus far and the sonar seemed to be working flawlessly to my surprise. The features are pretty fundamental, especially if you have any familiarity with other units such as the Lowrance, Garmin or Hummingbird sonars.
I like how compact the Sonar ball is, it’s no larger than a typical tennis ball. Have you ever frequented a local pond or lake and were just curios of the depth or vegetation? I know I have and this is what really can make this product stand out, don’t expect super high def side scan images but the sonar accurately displays water temperature, vegetation, fish and depth/ledges. In this video, I attached the sonar ball to the arm that is meant to be attached to the side of your kayak or vessel. We could quickly locate the drops and vegetation; we also observed that the fish were hugging the bottom quite closely, so we chose to throw crankbaits in the areas that we could see them. Sure enough, it wasn’t long and we were catching fish, not only were we catching fish but we were catching giant bass. Multiple 8lb fish, the video doesn’t lie friends.
Watch as I walk you through some of the great features of the sonar, If you have been thinking about purchasing one I can honestly say I think they are worth the money. I can’t speak for durability just yet but you better believe I am going to put this bad boy to use. If you enjoyed this video, please like, share and subscribe and until next time, we will see you on the water!

Now that might be interesting lol. Tom is a good bud, we have fun with the trash talking.

I've always seen these but never new how they worked have to get me one great day of fishing wish I was there
They work impressively well, looking forward to using it at some of my smaller ponds to see what the bottom looks like.
thanks for taking your time to show all of us how to use this.
Sure thing, you are welcome!
One of my favorite vids awesome video I love the bass vids
Thanks Flubby, we had a ton of fun.
Thanks I've been looking at buying a sonar and now this helped me out.
Seems to be good thus far.

that fish finder is a great buy... have to get me one now so I can catch me some big fish... fish on guys
It is a great tool to help locate them, I was really surprised by how much I liked it.
This was a great review of a cool product. I can see this in my kayak and since i have 2, i can take it with me on any of them. Nice catches. I like your excitement when you are hooked up brotha!
This tool would work wonders on the yak, I will be using it in many more videos. I can't help it when I see a big ole bucket mouth lol.
Salty Scales I just shared this vid with tampa bay kayak anglers on facebook, he was asking if anyone had experience with it...dont know if u got the notification!!
awesome video and tool to have
Thank you!
great review, I've been skeptical about using the Bluetooth while fishing but looks like it wasn't a hassle at all! great video!!
Thanks Johnny, I have had no issues with the connection as of yet. time will tell how it holds up.
Never used a sonar before, looks pretty cool though, might have to make an investment, lol! Great review, thank you for taking the time out to explain to us viewers how they work.
+Crystal Arnold You're welcome, technology is really evolving. Poor fish don't have a chance.
Be glad when I can catch some like that.
It's just a matter of time brother.
Yes sir, found a couple juicy spots to try.
That is the best part, not knowing which one will hold the trophy.
Very true
thank you for your feedback on the fish finder...
You're welcome!
Love the video vlogs man fish on and thinks for all the feed back
Great video ... Does the fish icons reflect the actual size of the fish? The finder was attached to the boat but you were casting several feet away? So, how did it help you find the big bass? What is the coverage radius (not depth) of the finder? Thanks In Advance!
Hey Joshua, I have a question, have you ever tried the iBobber? If you have, which one is better? I have heard good things about it too. Appreciate your input.
I have never tried the Ibobber, I wonder how it compares?
use fish grippers. i never have to worry about being hooked
I typically do but I forgot them on this trip. I don't mind lipping them with a worm hook but those trebles can change your day quickly.
this would be great when I take the flat bottom in the swamp
I agree
what pound test fluorocarbon do you have on that curado
I have 12lb test
what advice do you have for me when it comes to lures and crank baits and spinner baits and so forth... I live in Sacramento California and I fish the American river any tips and tricks thanks
I would find out the depth, what is the bottom made up of? Is there rocks and structure? I know you said river, is the water murky? If so, I would recommend throwing a chartreuse color crankbait, if it's clear then try a white bait or a lighter color. Make sure you get a crankbait that is really going to deflect off of the bottom and structure. The more noise the better. That is what draws the reaction strikes in many instances.
Thank you sir for the feed back I'll keep following your UA-cam videos and to see what pb you catch next time fish on....
OK how do I check for does things do you recommend for me to get a fish finder and check for all the structure
First comment
Thanks for watching Jacob
Doesn't work in shallow water?
Jerry Saldivar I've had it in three feet of water and it works well so far.
Then need to get one. Nice bass, I need to go freshwater fishing.
It's a nice change in pace and there is nothing like a bucket mouth bass.
what is your pb
A little over 10. I captured it all on video ua-cam.com/video/057IWm-fdJI/v-deo.html
