Dear Mr. Saravanan, very good tutorial. you have mentioned that RST pin shuld be pulled high. At some other tutorial I read it shoud pulled low. Which one is correct? or in both cases it will reset and high low does not matter.

ESP module is 3.3v device.If you're using ESP-01 make sure that CH-PD pin is pulled high , Reset pin pulled high through 1k resistor.While using USB-TTL , get a red one with cp2102 which has 3.3v pin. or you can go for ready to use plug on board : www.alselectro.com/wifi-esp8266-esp-01-demo-board.html

Hello Saravanan AL, I am working with esp8266 where i am receiving data through "esp8266" from a server using putty. The problem I am facing is that when I am sending data to esp8266 through server I am not receiving all the data in the string. for eg:- if I am trying to send "helloworld" through server, I am only getting "hello" in my string. my received string should contain "helloworld" the full data, but that is not happening. Can anyone help why this is happening? i directly connected my esp8266 with mega using 3.3v from mega and tx goes tx and rx is connected to rx, as soon as i power my auduino afer few seconds the blue led turns on and remains on. it did went of when i removed ch_pd from 3.3v. what is happining? for the same setup it was correctly working before, i have also tested few at commands but now the serial monitor remains blank .how to fix this? please help.

ESP module remembers the joined AP & the STAIP will be same till you quit the AP using AT+CWQAP. Even if you remove power for days your ESP will remember the AP.

ITS A 3.3V SYSTEM, BUT SIGNAL FROM USB PORT WILL BE OF 5V , WHY WE ARE NOT USING LEVEL SHIFTER WITH RX AND TX.?
