Where does standardization of materials fit into this? For example I hate matching socks so I went out and bought all the same sock so I can just dump them in my sock drawer and grab any two in the morning. For my woodworking business I’m standardizing the materials I use so I have less inventory and better utilize off cuts, eliminating waste.
Hi Edward! You are right... these original videos I created when launching Lean Smarts a few years ago do not include a Sustain video. However, I have an updated 5S training in the works at Lean Smarts. If you’re signed up for my email list you’ll receive notification about it when it becomes available!
Yes! You can access my new 5S Productivity training, which also includes a video on Sustain. There’s 6 videos total, 35 minutes runtime, and 40+ links to additional 5S examples! courses.leansmarts.com/courses/5s-productivity
