Watching this after he retired makes me miss him more.
He played defense in the NFL too… that’s a real player
sorry man I know you miss him butif it helps, the hired their first black head coach.
What An Era!!! I Have Followed The Patriots' Since 1970. Nearly Twenty Years Of NFL Dominance.. Including ( 6 ) Super Bowl Championships!!! WE WERE BLESSED!!!
Nice tackle, Pat.
LOL
😭
ruined a great highlight real, shame on you patrick
Pats won 3 Superbowls with Edelman in 5 years.
He’s been arguably the best slot in the league ever since💪🏽
No
Jarvis or Keenan
Evil Maddox ahahahaha Jarvis??? 😂😂😂😂😂look at the stats and accolades. Jarvis is a nobody
Nah and I'm a pats fan
Wes welker
one of the greatest true Patriots players ever
Should make hof
If the term "hard nosed competitor" were in the dictionary there'd be a picture of Julian Edelman next to it.
@@badlarry8036 he was never statistically dominant enough
He was great in the playoffs but he was just good in the regular season
He knew when to get hot but he wasn't always hot
defense offense special teams , unbelievable
@@badlarry8036 Crime if he doesn't..
This game should remind people that Edelman when his career is over will be hall of fame worthy because he was a great football player and no just a wide receiver.
His career is over lol
36 career touchdowns, not even 7k yards. No All Pro, no Pro Bowls. He's not worthy of Hall of Fame.
Unfortunately that doesn't put you in the HOF!
If you say Edelman is HOF worthy which he’s not then Wes Welker should be in the HOF
@@santschannel738 majority of people who say Edelman is HoF worthy don't even know who Welker is lol
"The punter" smh... you better put some respect on Pat Mcafee's name.
This is one of the greatest games anyone has ever had. People don’t understand how much coaches would be sacking this guy in the film room for his versatility and volume of work in this game
He might not make the hall of fame, but this is a hall of fame performance. Bar none.
He should make the HOF, never asked what the team could do for him but more like what he could do for the team.
He’s basically the wolverine of the NFL
Yep no respect, came here after watching an episode of Games with Names talking about this game
Pretty crazy that Edelman redefined the SR position while replacing a guy who had just done that very thing right before him in Wes Welker.
Very hard to fill Welkers shoes, this man did it in my eyes with just pure drive to win and be the best football player he could to help the team win
I would say 2013 against the Broncos in that 24 point comeback
Nah just because of the fact that people thought he was going to be Brady favorite target after shitker left
Yeah I said that
Pysocal welker better😂
I was there live. Fuckin sick game. My whole section was chanting welker when he botched the punt return and god was that sick to watch
Lmao, Pat McAfee vs. Edelman.
This is nice to see. Edelman’s success seemed so gradual to me. I had forgotten about this game until now.
The little legend that could! ❤
I was never a pats fan but when he retired I just felt sad
My all-time favorite Patriot.
Miss you already, 🐿.
Game he took over Walkers spot and cemented himself as the best slot receiver in the league!!
We’re Lucky We Have Outstanding Players In Our Team
Lol
Had
I was there, next to the "Brady's Corner" sign. It was the game where Rob Gronkowski broke his forearm blocking on a PAT formation. I meet Darius Butler's brother, a very nice guy.
Enjoy retirement, Julian. All-time great Patriot.
He should be the poster boy for being a Patriot and believing in the Patriot way!! Thanks for the 11 great years you have given us!! Definitely a Patriots HOF’er and definitely can make arguments for Canton!!
Came here after the McAfee interview.
We need another one of him 😊
Man we had it good back then didn't we...
OMG that was an Amazing Games for Jules!!
I believe Julian Edelman is the most unique athlete. In a class all his own.
The master of all forms of football art, a college QB with a knack for tooling people inside phone booth sized space. Billy O., please go get Braxton Berrios or somebody similar!
Imagine being drafted as a QB to a team with Tom Brady and having a career like this! Only Edlenut!!
Damn he was speedy back then! I was so looking forward to him playing this season! If he was healthy he would have balled out!
his super bowl li catch is iconic.
“He’s not a Hall of Famer” 🤡
🤡🤡
Thats my quarterback
mjor nostalgia holy shit. As he retired and me watching his career start to end all over again, you just get that fuzzy warm feeling in your stomach that makes you wish you could go back in time and relive the pats 2011-2019 mannnn what a runnnn
Agreed!! These were golden years for the franchise with no name play makers well except a hand full of big name guys ie Moss, Revis, Ochocinco ect ect
Super Bowl against Seahawks . End of 1 at quarter . Brady throws int in end zone to Jeremy Lane who returns it . Edelman hits him so hard Lane broke both bones in left forearm . It was a vicious hit . Edelman maybe the toughest dude in NFL at that time .
That was one hell of a blowout. Week 11 was crazy, but I remembered when I saw red zone every touchdown from Sunday week 11 2012, I saw this and was not shocked at all. Julian has been a wrecking machine, not too many people give him credit, it's disgusting.
Seeing Tony Romo on the stat line of the bottom of the screen. Lmaooo
Whos here when he retired?
Edelman his my biggest inspiration
Mine too
I guess throwing screens to Edelman was easy money
A thing of beauty and iron.
People forget he was a college QB who not only played receiver in the NFL but also corner back. Not sure something like that will ever happen again.
I would say the very 1st game(I was in Boston)
he got beast mode in his soul
Proverbs 12:12
The wicked desireth the net of evil men: but the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit.
The Wally Pipp game!
Hey, MacAfee got him on that last punt return.
Edelman?
I still miss "First down" Troy Brown. The only jersey I ever bought.
Oh man, I forgot how bad Phil Simms was. Patriots were so good they had that crew every single week too, lol. Atrocious.
Is this part of that string of games before/leading up to the butt fumble game? He had a like 3-4 game stretch where he started to break out and show off what he was gonna become for us. I wanna say it was butt fumble game where he got rolled up on and was out a few weeks after with a high ankle sprain
that tackle by Pat tho
Ieepon letting everyone know, zi am not religious, or political….yet.
Hello
Dam it's been that long since that game...
He did everything in that game except throw a pass which he did a number of times in his career
i was there
Think I’m in love....
Edlemans skill is second only to his personality.. dude was nice
I was at this game. It was insane
Me too, all the way from Tijuana México. My first and only game at Gillette so far.
Like Sanders said, if he was black he'd be considered one of the best slot receivers ever
Those under inflated balls really helped his open field running.
Incredle-men needs his own wing in HOF- he could do it all.
I need Pat to do a breakdown on that return lol
Here you go: ua-cam.com/video/4FiolE50n1c/v-deo.html
This game he went from Edelnut to Edelman
I always felt like him and Wes walker were the same person. Lol
He's not the biggest. Not the fastest. But he has the biggest heart on the field!
I guess they didn’t game plan for him!
Anyone catch that Justin Blackmon statline at 1:01? Daaaang
You had the courage to stay with me on my phones and IPads.
Facebook and gossip had me arrested.
You helped save my life, just by showing up, thank you.
Football dads everywhere smile when they see this.
Who’s here right after the Pat McAfee interview?
One of the most talented players to ever put on pads , at any position...A person would not be engaging in hyperbole if they said he was THEE most talented.
good lord gillette was rockin on that punt return td
He's so aggresive
Nah opening day 2013 against the bills
McAfee wasn’t gonna let that happen twice
I've seen dominant performances but that one tops my list. My word!
He should be in the Patriots hall of fame
That colts player literally initiating a tackle while he's still not even in the field on the punt return is out of his mind
Talk about seizing the moment
Here comes the pat mcafee show fans xD
"F'ing red gloves." - Bill
Today was the best day of my life.
I’d say 2013 vs Broncos
Who's here after his Retirement
Im getting this in recommendations the day after retirement
did he remember to thank Tommy for making him look good all that time
Cry 🤣
Edleman's quickness is legendary.
Pat mcafee got swerved
One game better than a lot of guys whole career
anyone else notice that Colts # 92 went out of bounds, then back in bounds to attempt a tackle? Is that legal?
Every game he played did that. Ty 4 the great years
Damn miss this pats :(
Aye my boy patt macafee making an appearance
God loves you come to him and repent
Pat Macafee choked
Probably as big as a guy can be and still be fast
What?
Do you remember me?
Anybody gonna watch, Star Wars, again?
Edle-The-Man
Easily HOF
