I honestly just want him to make a response video. I grew up watching him, I was here long before DreamSMP. This man shaped my personality and my love for Minecraft and weird humor. I'm obviously not a victim in anyway, but it feels so hurtful to receive one twitter response that barely addressed the allegations. If he truly has proof, he truly wasn't an abuser (at least not intentionally) then I want to see that. It feels so wrong to just abandon his entire audience
Unfortunately, he all but admitted to what he did. Just saying that he “didn’t know” that she didn’t enjoy what he was doing (or along those lines, I’m saying this based in memory). The way he responded was very disappointing and as far as I know there’s been radio silence from him since. I hope he seeks help on improving his behavior for the safety of others in order for it not to ever happen again

Ive been here a while too and i will never see him the same again. He was an idol of mine and i really looked up to him. But, i will always love his lore in the dsmp AND the content he made.
He's said about previous allegations that he likes to leave the internet to cool down for a while so he can make a proper response, and the Twitter respose was just a heat of the moment thing. I don't htink Wilbur is an abuser, and it sucks that all of his fans turned on him and call him an abuser with literally zero evidence. I support victims, but it was pretty shitty of Shubble to tell thpousands of strangers online without evidence. If it were me, I would tell friends or poice, not a bunch of random strangers, especially if I don't have evidence and its content creators.
I'm so happy that Wilbur decided to finish this masterpiece and make it an official song!

God, I feel immense pain, I just found out about this channel today and at a very bad moment in my life and I heard some of his songs and I liked them too much, I went on and on looking for more songs by this man until I saw the controversy... and everything collapsed, I don't understand why I feel so sad and disappointed at the same time to find this. But I would like to listen to more of his songs, I hope he pays for what he did and reflects so that he can be a better person.

Wilbur needs to make a response video fully addressing everything. I don't support what he did but he didn't admit to being an abuser in his response, he just admitted to biting her. It could have been in an abusive way or could not have been. Knowing that people have done things similar to this for clout does make me a bit suspicious of it, but until Wilbur responds I will side with Shelby because she is definitely the victim in the situation.
