Love the Dino theme. Please read reviews on the DT flip flops. Many find a better deal at Old Navy clearance. Great job on socks. Enjoyed the video and your theme to show people that are going to purchase a box one time at DT, that good items are possible. Thanks for encouraging and sharing.

Yes I actually sometimes use the DT flip flops as shower shoes to test out for the boxes and they are pretty bad. They rip and are very uncomfortable. So Walmart or Old Navy are much better.
DT in my area have decks of playing cards in a double pack for $1.25. Both kids and adults like card games so the child can get years of enjoyment from them. I got several to send as filler. This was a good challenge. Very informative!

You are right, I didn't show that but I added a toothbrush, wash cloth, and some other essentials at the end. ❤ This was just to see how I could do if I only had a certain amount to spend at the Dollar Tree, but all my Shoeboxes get a toothbrush and wash cloth. 😊 I'm phasing out soap as Samaritan's Purse has mentioned they may be adding it to the do not send list next year.
Hi Deborah! Yes I usually put in a toothbrush and pencil pack in every box. I have also packed backpacks and bar soap, but I've heard that bar soap can cause issues with customs for different countries so I haven't been sending it this year.

Hi Nancy! Great question! Yep, I can gently fold it over the top of the items and close the lid without creasing it.

I don’t think it’s right to make copies of the drawing book, I’m sure it’s copyright and that would be ethically wrong.
I honestly didn't think of that. Thank you for that input. I'll remove the copies and see if I can find something on the Internet that is free. ❤
I think copies are allowed as long as you are not selling the copies
