Great video... It's a good revision of our SOIC Membership course chapter..
Two indicators we used, Relative Strength either by marcelleus or bharatTrader and RSI.
Period for Relative Strength on daily chart - 30, 62, 123; on weekly chart - 13, 20, 26; and on monthly chart - 6, 12.
And RS line turning positive is key moment.
On RSI with period of 14 crossing 50 level is positive indicator.

From 52w high < 15% AND
Debt to equity < 0.7" as given here, but Screener is saving % is not allowed in this formula, though I have tried all the values given in the drop down above.
