Circa 1970’s maybe 80’s but great bones. I think the price is okay for the location and neighborhood but major upgrading to bring this property to a modern, livable space. This house doesn’t seem to be as big as what’s posted, 300+ sm livable space, even without seeing the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Is there a room for the maid and for the driver?

The gazebo should be directly connected to the stairway leading to the main house entrance, rather than separately situated for connectivity. The balcony should be extended to about 4 meters wide to have ample space for relaxed sitting (scenic viewing with hot coffee or choco on the side). The iron grills in the dining area obstruct the view. There could be a better way of securing the house with out sacrificing the great views outside. Otherwise, this is a great house for relaxation, entertainment, or permanent living.
