HAHA one of two! My Forbitten is… very very very wonky so I’m hoping to replace the base doll before I consider her ready so she didn’t even fully occur to me!
I were never much into Draculaura in G1, back when I collected them in the height of it I think Draculaura were one of the characters I had the least of. It's something about the screening on G1 that didn't really resonate with me and still doesn't. I also prefer G3 Draculaura, doll wise she is my favorite G3 character for sure and I didn't really expect her to be. My absolute fav one is Creepover, she just has my heart (Gore-ganizer close 2nd though).
About the wishlist thing, I find it odd tbh. I only add the dolls I really love that speaks to me. I don't care if it's the one everyone else wants, or their worth/price (unless they are extremely expensive/overpriced, then I'm just like no way I am paying that). Honestly it feels like many people just want specific dolls cause they're sought after and/or cause they're limited/rare. Like I got some Integrity toys dolls few years back (looking back at it now it were probably FOMO) cause I never fully appreciated them, I couldn't stop thinking about how much they'd were worth. Nowadays, with the 2 I currently own, that thought barely crosses my mind. One of which has the facesculpt, skintone, and haircolor combination I had been looking for for years, like I just knew I had to have her. Also 1 of my fav dolls in my collection is SDCC DC Superhero girls Katana. She's not that hard to find for a decent price to this day. Actually surprised me how cheap she were in comparison to many other limited/exclusive releases mattel has done over the years. Doesn't matter to me however, I still love her as much, and weren't interested in selling her anyways so. I still remember how excited I were when I ordered her, how it felt like ages until she arrived, and how happy I were when opening the box, one of the happiest days of my life tbh.
06:13 if I remember correctly she only got this makeup because Garrett "forgot"😉😉 to change it in the spec sheets, Mattel asked him to change it from black to pink. He said so in one of his MHMonday posts. Oh and I don't know if you know it, but 07:28 those bracelets with the hourglass were from an early draft of the movie where their ghost transformation time would "run out" but that never came to be and it was too late to change on the dolls.
I love Creepover Draculaura, but I also have a BEEF with her because her screening varies so widely from doll to doll in my local Target. The eyes went from a bit small or kinda wonky (one eye being just a tad bit smaller then the other) to trying to rival Clawdeen's big ole puppy dog eyes. Not a one was the same or similar and they all seemed to come from the same factory so it wasn't really a factory variant type of deal. My other store didn't seem to have that issue though and had nice screenings so I don't know what the deal is with all the ones at my Target.

To answer your question about the Howliday Drac, I think the hype died down because no one was able to get her basically 😅 She barely released in the US and not at all internationally... Also, my favorite Drac is most likely I ♥ Shoes or Music Festival, they're so pretty!! Oh, I forgot about G3, I'm in LOVE with her basic doll. She's without a doubt my favorite! Last edit: The G3 organiser doll looks like a custom, she's so pretty?? I wish she released here but they're just skipping lines (we have the Skulltimate Secrets in store already but never saw that Drac or the sleepover?)

I don’t think that gore-ganizer draculaura is my favourite Draculaura doll ever but definitely my favourite G3 doll so far I think she is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS
Creepover party Drac is my fav G3 Drac. I actually like G3 Drac more than previous ones. Now Clawdeen I def love more in G1. I’m glad I do love Frankie in G1 & G3. I love Howliday Drac so glad I have her 🖤🖤🖤 Cleo & Lagoona I actually like G1 & G3 as well same with Twyla & Toralei. Deuce I def like G1 over G3. Trying to think if there’s any I’m forgetting 😬🤞. Def excited to see what else releases in 2023 awe gore organizer Drac she’s def my 2nd fav so far. 🖤🖤🖤

oh no I agree Skulltimate Draculaura is the weakest out of wave 1. Like I actually hesitated editing/uploading that video because I was just not enthusiastic about her while unboxing because she just felt so... bleh. The Swim Class line as a whole is an example of how simple designs can be INCREDIBLE. Like yes its a very basic swimsuit line but... tbh... I'd rather all of them over either Skull shores or Gloom Beach. Like the designs have this extra punch to them. plz g3 bless us with a swimsuit line on par with Swim Class I beg.
I really like her but something didn’t connect for me… the stock photo was the most beautiful doll I’d ever seen facially but the face on mine didn’t end up capturing that look:( she’s still a fave but not top 10 because of that. Also godddd I know g3 is gonna do a banger swim line just like swim class
When Elissabat 1st came out I thought she was just a gothic purple Draculaura and she would be my favorite if she was. Lol. I love Student Exchange Draculaura , Dead Tired, Sweet Screams Howliday, Swim, and the new G3 Core and Budget line. She was never my favorite in G1 either but G3 has changed my mind on that.
So much pink and black prettiness! I don't have much MH experience, having only started with the new dolls last year. However, I got excited when I saw Howliday Draculaura and bought two (a rare thing for me). To me, her screening did look prettier than older G1s I had seen in pictures and video. I am so glad I was able to get one of the prettiest G1-mold dolls without paying the huge prices of older dolls.

I finally was able to get my hands on g3 creepover party draculaura, and honestly I was very critical bc yknow its new and the original draculaura was super sentimental to me but its honestly one of my favorite dolls I own now,she came with a lot of cool stuff and count fabulous is so cute,I love her space buns and her body type- and I love her articulation at the chest shes just so perfecg
Well a variant is an intentional factory change so I have a ton of single variants without the other option… like the Drac that is 10 on this list is the no fangs variant of that doll. Variants are very normal haha
There's one Draculaura doll I used to have. I no longer have it and can't remember the name but the weird thing is I can't find one single image of it online or in any of these videos. It's so annoying. It had a pink and black two colour dress. Like half and half. A witches hat. A pink and silver cape. Boots that were half and half black and white. Can someone pls name this doll?. Its 100% a Draculaura one.
You can never go wrong with Draculaura the black and pink works so well . Most of my old draculaura are just old heads with the new g3 body and the look so good with the new body
I really like the creepover draculaura because of the bat slippers (I used to be a bat scientist). I've never gotten a monster high doll, and I actually have only 2 dolls that I got on steep discount. Could anyone tell me how long I probably have to purchase her before she goes out of stores and Amazon? I am waiting on something to have money, but I could scrape something together if I needed to sooner. Also, will she probably go on sale?
Gloom beach and killer style draculaura with the wide eye Indonesian face are the top two best draculauras for me. I hate the Chinese variant mh faces with close eye screenings
I’m pretty late to the monster high collecting and don’t have that many. But my favorite so far is Howliday Draculaura. My favorite G3 that I have is between Creepover party and the Ghoul Spirit Draculaura. Love your dolls sweetie. If you haven’t already done it, I would love to see a video showing your favorite top doll from every brand you collect 🙂
So far all the G3 Draculaura is killing is with her releases. I haven’t seen one that I’m not interested in yet. I don’t have any G1 or G2 but so far Draculaura is my favorite right now. I also enjoy Cleo but I’m more particular with the ones I like of her.
Love this vid!!! I started my Draculaura collection this past year and have been absolutely obsessed. My Die-ner Draculaura’s hair is the softest thing on the planet. She helps me calm down a lot! Her hair type feels so different from my other g1 Draculauras ( the little I have). I’m so curious what her hair type is and I wonder if your Draculocker Draculaura’s hair feels the same.
I mostly only like the new monster high dolls right now. My faves of her are the pink one at the beginning of this video, the creep over one, and the goregonizer one.
I really think Scaris Draculaura has a more show accurate makeup screening compared to the basic doll. Someone should restyle or reroot her with longer hair and a middle part to put in pigtails. I honestly prefer curled bangs on a good amount of Draculaura designs, so hers would stay if I did the reroot.
Other Draculauras that are top Tier for me that were not featured here are: Creeproduction, Reel Drama, 13 Wishes, The Amazon Exclusive Collector, Shibooya Exchange, Sweet Screams and the ABSOLUTE BEST 3: Sweet 1600, Dawn of the Dance and Haunt Couture!
I was in my "too old for dolls" phase when Monster High came out so I don't really have any nostalgia for gen 1, and even now as an adult collector I don't really like gen1/gen2 Monster High (for a few reasons, mostly I don't like how skinny they are and very few of them have faces that appeal to me). But gen3 Draculaura? Rainbow High was what got me interested in collecting new dolls, but Draculaura was love at first sight. None of the current lines have any I truly dislike, where the rest of the Ghouls are hit or miss for me. The only reason I don't have more of her is because my local Target hasn't been very good about keeping Monster High in stock.

Sweet Screams Drac is still queen. But G3 Drac is so adorable.
