you are living proof that a video doesn't have to be perfect to be entertaining and you show the side of struggles that many don't share. I don't know how to word it, but you feel "human" and very relatable, so thank you 💖
really not trying to bash your art or anything and sorry for the un-asked for advice I'm also not an expert or anything I'm just an art student You def chose like the hardest pose to start with but I think 1 thing that might help you is looking at the proportions and placements of certain bodyparts and compare them to the others, stuff like that. on the first pose i noticed you draw the head a bit small. If you look at the size of the head you can kinda see that in that pose he has his back bent quite a bit and if you duplicated his head it fits once in his upper body (if that makes sense) also his face from eyes allt he way to his chin is roughly the same length as the length of his fist 1 thing that also helps is when you see the fhe placement of the foot, it is imo easier to draw the foot first, and after that you draw the placement of the knee and finally you kinda connect the dots by drawing the rest of the leg. same with the hand, if you know where the foot is you can draw the hand since it looks like the hand is touching his foot from that angle. I usually draw a bunch of straight lines to help me see where the other body parts would be, for example if you look at the leg that's pointing forward you notice how the heel of the shoe on his other foot almost aligns with the bottom of where the knee joint of this leg would be. If i drew a circle where the knee joint is and a horizontal line slightly below that cirkel i would know where his left foot would be. the second pose you see how his toes almost reach the same height as the top of his head and the heel of that same shoe ends slightly above the height of his elbow of the arm hanging down. you can kinda see how long his leg is because the width of his shoulders fits the length of his lower leg (from his knee to his ankle) looking at it that way just really helped me when i started learning foreshortening. This is not some professional advice or anything, I just noticed these while learning it myself. I'm sorry if this doesn't make any sense, i'm really bad at explaining btw you already improved so much in the duration of this video the poses at the end are so good !! edit: 1 other thing, arms and legs are never completely straight, there is always some kind of bend to them especially with foreshortening.
Please don't worry about sharing advice! Thank you so much for your input as it really helps me learn more about art!
