The advantage of Martingale GB is the Columns and dozens pay 2 to 1 which really kick up the wins on a high Martingale bet. With this you are really still just getting back your original bet for a huge risk.

maybe try Martingale-4-Ever = martingale any column, any dozen, and 2 even money bets...optimize the choice to your liking...the 2-1 bets help the martingale pay off faster, but hit less, and the even money bets help to hedge more numbers as not losing...but like ALL roulette bets, the house has the same EV mathematically (only exception is taking the 5 number 0, 00, 1,2,3 bet...which is worse payout for you)
Martingale on any 2 option event (red vs black, odd vs. Even, 1-18 vs 19-36)is not worth the grind ... when u consider the session spend it doesn’t make sense.... you are really doubling your spend to win the 1st bet amount (net after spend on previous losing spins)....
Your logic about the 40 spins is slightly flawed, it's probably 26.66 spins because you have three independent bets earning the base amount of 5$ assuming the risk of ruin doesn't get you.

look since even money bets are wasting your time. take ur martingale lover remove the even money bets so your doing 2 bets (both middle 12s) for the 2 to 1 pay. and then martinggale lover it only 2 stacks to watch

I'd say mild eggplant. It's much easier to keep track of than the regular martingale lover, but you still have to clench, and the payouts are lower.
