This is just plain criminally underrated. Its just... the work that probably has been put into this... incredible. I am the only one who is actually thinking of a Touhou boss rush, as the music changes to X character theme said character drops in and starts to fight, and as soon as its theme is over another character takes over. For 20 minutes. That would be pretty damn epic. Sort of an extra mode or maybe even Phantasm... Anyway, this needs more love.

After years of being a fan of this remix, I am just now realizing that the reason why the PC-98 tracks come after the Windows tracks counting down is because of the connections between both Sariel phases, and Byakuren and Shinki's final boss fights

This action of "yugaeri" is a combination of technique and the natural working of the bow. It is unique to kyudo. Great, now back to the music.
This melody contains variations of the songs only made for this melody, so there are no individual versions. This melody was available on the author's website, but that's gone, so I shared a link in the video description that's a free download of it. If you want to hear the originals, I have the names of each of them in the annotations.
Just in case you've never heard of him, there's a guy named marasy8 who's played many of these songs on the piano! I find it a bit interesting to compare the way these same songs are interpreted, that's all.
The theme of Kanako is one of my less favorites, or the least probably, but I can't say that certainly, I've not heard all of the 6th themes completes, but in this medley I can tell that is my 2 favorite, just behind of Eirin theme
I found two of those last night right after I made that comment. Gonna have to say, Chained Lady is perhaps my second favorite of his songs now (second to Is It So). I probably just like him so much because my voice is so similar to his and I can't help but sing along.
Wow, I just noticed the pattern of the song's arranging. Think about it, you go from Windows Era up up to Byakuren, who has very closely implied connections to Shinki, which then goes back to the PC-98 Era. Fridge Brilliance.
Playing this in my last stand in the middle of a zombie apocalypse and a magical fairy invasion from another dimension, as I'm accompanied by only a small squad of neo-Soviet soldiers with their phased plasma rifles while I'm driving a Ford Mustang GT in top speed with said Soviets, crashing through military checkpoints while being shot at by Apache attack choppers and US soldiers who try to quarantine the area of said zombies and fairies.
I'm not sure if it's exactly 180 characters, but it is a ridiculous amount. Most of the main games (the ones that don't end in .3, .5 or .8) introduce at least 6 new characters each; plus Suika, Iku, Tenko and the catfish in the fighting games; plus Hatate in DS; plus the characters from the manga and novels; plus backstory characters like Layla Prismriver, Youki Konpaku, Myouren Hijiri, the god Okuu ate, and Mokou and Marisa's fathers; plus Maribel and Renko.... BRB doing headcount....

This melody contains variations of the songs only made for this melody, so there are no individual versions. This melody was available on the author's website, but that's gone, so I shared a link in the video description that's a free download of it. If you want to hear the originals, I have the names of each of them in the annotations.

Just in case you've never heard of him, there's a guy named marasy8 who's played many of these songs on the piano! I find it a bit interesting to compare the way these same songs are interpreted, that's all.

The girl in blue with the blue hair is Sariel, the Angel of Death and final boss of the Makai route from Touhou 1.
The theme of Kanako is one of my less favorites, or the least probably, but I can't say that certainly, I've not heard all of the 6th themes completes, but in this medley I can tell that is my 2 favorite, just behind of Eirin theme

Wow, I just noticed the pattern of the song's arranging. Think about it, you go from Windows Era up up to Byakuren, who has very closely implied connections to Shinki, which then goes back to the PC-98 Era.

Playing this in my last stand in the middle of a zombie apocalypse and a magical fairy invasion from another dimension, as I'm accompanied by only a small squad of neo-Soviet soldiers with their phased plasma rifles while I'm driving a Ford Mustang GT in top speed with said Soviets, crashing through military checkpoints while being shot at by Apache attack choppers and US soldiers who try to quarantine the area of said zombies and fairies.

I'm not sure if it's exactly 180 characters, but it is a ridiculous amount. Most of the main games (the ones that don't end in .3, .5 or .8) introduce at least 6 new characters each; plus Suika, Iku, Tenko and the catfish in the fighting games; plus Hatate in DS; plus the characters from the manga and novels; plus backstory characters like Layla Prismriver, Youki Konpaku, Myouren Hijiri, the god Okuu ate, and Mokou and Marisa's fathers; plus Maribel and Renko....

This is a series of computer bullet hell games called "Touhou." This video is a mix and arrange of all of the final bosses from Touhou 1 - 12.
Touhou is, as I said, a series of danmaku (bullet hell) computer games. It was all made by one man, music, art, animation and everything. Any anime of Touhou is fan-made.
the first touhou bosses got a theme often more epic that the ones comingy later on XDDD
All their names are in the annotations now. And that's Kongara.
