You have not given this woman any grace and allowed someone else to come on the show and further degrade her. There is a time and place for everything. Trying to change someone while they are being watched by the whole world will always make someone feel apprehensive. This woman's pain stems deeper than you may ever know. Treat her situation with kid gloves before you do further damage to her self-esteem. You need to understand when you are dealing with someone with so much hurt that they have build walls and fences around themselves to protect themselves. Be careful young man. God is watching. You came from a woman and you yourself probably don't even know the hardships your own mother suffered through when she give birth to you, raised you, and still to this day feel responsible for your life. Your first job as a therapist is to collect background information on the person prior to administering therapy. Please be careful. Each individual is responsible for their own actions and decisions though (I’m not implying that you’re objecting to this) and even when the education and admonition is absent from the older generation, each individual woman is wholly responsible for their own choices and decisions in life.
Women like the younger lady lack a healthy sense of accountability. People commit many failures, even those who are granted the God-given privilege of having older and wiser people offer them firm guidance and instruction. What we need is people who take accountability for their own their errors and wrongdoings, learn constructively from those errors and wrongdoings, consciously head in the direction of correcting their missteps and faults, and begin to make more informed and appropriate choices and decisions.
It's sad that younger women like her, "feel like," since they recently smelled themselves, no one can tell them anything. Certain older woman are going to let them suffer for their ignorance.

Great debate... but I would like to add a little from my 64 year old brain: A HIGH VALUE WOMAN... is a woman who has high levels of emotional intelligence... she knows how to manage her emotions and is always accountable for her actions and behaviors. She makes her opinions known and backs them up with her claims and facts. BUT... she is also open to being corrected because some people don’t like listening to the opinions of others; they are too fixated on theirs to notice that they might be wrong. The case is different when she is a high-value woman who ensures that even though her opinions are correct, she still listens to what others have to say. If she wants to correct them, she does it diplomatically without criticizing or making them feel bad and small.
