I want them to have a happy ending at least

There is a piece of Venom left in the MCU. But symbiotes also exists in the MCU (teased in No Way Home and Love & Thunder) due to small throwaway lines that can easily be retconned. The Venom knowing Peter Parker thing would not apply here due to the memory of the hive mind once the symbiotes are connected. It also depends on the "continuity" they choose from.
