Much of the pseudoscience that comprises feminist thought is dismantled in light of evolutionary psychology. So Dr. Saad is invaluable in bringing a much needed dose of reality to discussions surrounding gender politics. Thank you, Louise, for bringing him on.
Evolutionary psychology is just that, pseudoscience. It's a frame of reference trying to tie everything back to the good old days of hunter-gatherers by trying to establish some worth in that age. It's basically one form of the naturalistic fallacy. It's astrology for men. Think about what they opened with; the adaptive purpose of suicide. Makes sense right? You can make cases for and against it. It's for making room and freeing resources for your genes or you are outside of the group with no chance of reproducing _or_ you're ego wants to preserve itself and this is counterproductive to the survival of the species and not adaptive at all. We are so complexed that this solution can be "true" from all sorts of interpretations and that makes it unsound. We are not natural anymore. Technology has helped us fight many of the obstacles we have faced throughout history. That doesn't mean we are no longer in our supposed "natural" habitat. We adapt to the circumstances. The form of anxiety might not be the same but I'm guessing it wasn't easier as a hunter-gatherer, trying to fight animals for food on a starving stomach. 15:11 hey Gad, if you’re ever at a loss to adequately explain or describe “Munchausen by proxy,” you know there’s a prominent example in one of the best known movies of the last 30 years. The Sixth Sense. Just bring up the scene with the hidden videotape. The one which reveals that the mother was feeding her daughter drain cleaner in order to keep her sick. Everyone will say, “oh yeah, I remember that scene, it made me want to throw that ‘mother’ in a very deep hole.” Then you say, “that’s Munchausen by proxy.”
The way industry and all its toxic garbage causes, but people actually like the garbage until they get sick, and then the medical industry takes care of that by feeding treatments instead of addresing the issues, then psychiatrists step in to reinforce the illusion that its all okay if you just live a happy life. Its called being stitched up from the outset.

It is important to have such stereotypes so we do distinguish between apples and tennis balls. Why should other stereotypes be so despised? Don't we need them to evolve in our environment?
Why does Gaad stop being so inquisitive when the gaze turns on his own chosen people? I don't say this as someone who's an antisemite or condones of what happened in October, I absolutely don't, but if he is going to make an inference about who were the architects behind open borders or even collectivism at large, he must know in his heart of hearts, that it's his own chosen people. Population differences among nations for longevity, taking gender roles into account are interesting....and remind me of suicide rate differences between men and women: Russia comes to mind. Russian men have much, much shorter lives than Russian women. Why is that? The Russian men die at 55. Often from alcohol related diseases. But the women live an additional 15 years. So I'd guess male alcoholism is driven by the greater emphasis both men and women place on male success. Alcoholism is just suicide in slow motion. What drives it? Men are judged much more harshly than women. Females can be successful, they are applauded. But if women are not successful, no one is bothered. No one judges them for failure. But men know if it's them that are not successful, it means their social value to women, plunges sharply. After Russia lost the Cold War, Russian males as a whole lost an incredible amount of social status. Did the Russian male suicide rate rise after their defeat in the Cold War? 🤔
