This type of run is super fun. When I did it I actually was able to get the third hammer from echo so I had the rocket bomb skull, the one that shoots them all in a spray, and an additional 2 skulls to get 5. With the Aphrodite attack it made each omega attack do around 1700 damage per, it was crazy. That and the Demeter boon to boost the power of omega attack really pushed it over the edge
With this gods lineup, Heartthrob build has the best damage I guess. You can even proc it in one go with Apollo's legendary too, and it's good with every weapon and aspect. Pom Heartthrob a few time and you have 1000+ damage on top of any omega build you have.
Didn't know sun worshipper was a thing. I'm hoping the last weapon is a weapon with a summon or pet. Or a new god that is about summoning stuff. i'd like to make a full summon build. I always grab that hex, the right creature cant hit crazy amounts but they usually die fairly fast.
Im imagining the same build, same godpool, but you actually take the family offerings boon which makes sacrifice boons stronger. Then, after you get apollo's legendary, you can reroll the rooms before Chronos to guarantee Aphrodite. Swap for her attack boon and the rest is history

Broken gain rework idea; whenever you use any magick, prime it instead. All magick costs reduced by 50/60/70/80% With 100 magick and a common gain, you could use a 10 cost omega move 20 times per room, plenty for a normal room but you might run tight in a boss. Most notable is that additional max magic no longer contributes to an exponentially expanding mana pool, but instead directly expands your capacity in a linear 1 to 1 way

there's also a hammer that gives you plus 2 skulls (so 5) and another one that lets you shoot all of them at once in a spread so if you can get all those 3 that would be absolutely crazy

Also in the stairway chambers from act 3->act 4 you can see there are 4 slot, Fountain/Keepsake Collection/Well of Charon leaving 1 slot open
they desperately need to add a reroll hammer option, even if its at a higher reroll cost or limited attempts, the inability to reroll a hammer in any capacity has stopped me from playing, the game is amazing dont get me wrong, but the tedious resetting has stopped me from going for 32 fear on all aspects, way too many aspects are dependent on 1-2 viable options especially early in 1st biome.
psss... you can enter the game files and activate the hammer reroll if you like It's not really hard due to how the game's code is written :D a strange thing is that they disabled it on purpose, like, it literally says on the game files "-----Disabled"

I’m dying there was a rare Solar Ring that was rerolled too quickly at the first boon 😂 i felt that a little too much knowing I’ve rerolled/missed boons I’ve needed too
What's interesting in this run, is that you turned to the Apollo>Hera swap on the attack once, but it wasn't removed from the boon pool (because of that one vow). You got the exact same swap again in the Tartarus shop. Is that intended or a small oversight?
@@lookalike4805 hermes boon is just one fixed price because you can only get one of it at the end shop, so i assume this one doesnt have improved rarity
i love the skull, it might be my favorite weapon right now, but i agree that it needs work. omega attack feels like a bit of a nothing move, i never use it, and aspect of persephone feels like a nothing aspect. but the weapon's base dynamic of firing shells w the attack and getting them back w the special feels great, and aspect of medea is a good twist on it i think.
@@dnys_7827 Omega attack is for when you need more precision and speed than the normal attack. You could just use the special for it but would you charge straight into Chronos's death zone for that.
@@dnys_7827 that's weird, i always use omega attack on skull. I find it extremely good with Demester's boon that boost your Omega moves by +10 mana but increase damage output by 50-100%. If you pair it with Zeus blitz and Hertia's Thermo dynamics, it ends up being really good sniping ranged option. you fire skull, it applies blitz and then every skull after it procs blitz which proc;s burn. than all you need is decent mana boon which again hestia has one or hera has one. It is god-tier clear room move. If you get retrieve hammer, you can endlessly spam a super safe range move.

Recently did a run without any Fear and I can say not having the increased enemy speed also messes with me in the Chronos fight
That hammer ruined my run vs Eris. I wanted to hid on the two pillar and hit with the regular omega attack.
Came for the hades game play stayed for the comments on brazilian barbecue.
