Stephanie, I can't thank you enough for these videos. In one you did a while ago, you brought up "growing a pair". When I heard that, I almost drove off the road laughing! My Narcissist wife dismissed me, and you videos have helped me to start healing. Again, thanks!!!

Great suggestions for a great question. I’d also add this. Their tactics begin to look pathetic and see-through and even complimentary once you recognize what theyre doing. You wouldn’t be the only person in the room they targeted if they didn’t see there’s something very special about you. These people love to bring those they see as above them down a notch.

It’s been 5 months of No Contact since the narc left me for new supply. I just seen her yesterday at a restaurant we use to go to. Funny I walk up in line behind her (of course) I realized it’s her and just stayed to get my food and hope she wouldn’t turn around.
She did and said “Hi___!” In a tone I haven’t heard since we first dated. I looked at her for 1 sec enough to half smile mouth hello ( I couldn’t even give her enough energy to say hello) and immediately looked down to the doggie as she came up to sniff the ex said “you want to say hi” to her dog and I never petted the dog or look back at the narc then the narc just walked out.
Funniest part was when I realized she forgot her new supply she left me for at the register, and didn’t even walk over to stand with him. Also funny she was standing about 15-20 feet away from him to begin with.

I'm the one who seems to be I'm chaos according to my husband. He had multiple affairs and has gaslighted me, emotionally abused me and isn't pursuing recovery for porn, and other illicit photos Not to mention the affairs.
I get so angry or so sad because of the heartbreak and then he says he can't handle it and wants me to leave so I can grow. I feel like it's completely unfair. I do have my own childhood stuff I have to face. I feel like a caged dog who is being poked at and then told I'm the bad one. Any suggestions? I'm learning but I'm hurting so much and he keeps going back to his affair partner saying that I can't hold space for him. Maybe it's just time to leave

How do I parent my 5 year old son and still live with me ex who is a narcissist? After almost 12 years together and just building a new house together, she decided to sleep with another guy and is going on as if she has done nothing wrong. I want to live with my son but it’s so difficult watching her coming and going with other men (there have been at least 2 in the past 8 months). She won’t move out and I don’t want to leave my son so how do I learn to not care about what she’s doing to stay for my son?

    THERE ARE 2 KINDA HELLS
    * One made by perfidius people... always "dispetti"/translate it
    * And another one created by "magic addicted people"
SOMETIMES THE 2 BECOME THE SAME
    * TIpical of people full of vices
    * And u understand it from this:
    - Who is the best parent? Mum or dad
    - Why? cuz he/she vices me
    - When i do some, he/she take consequences
    - Otherwise my brother/sister and so on
    - They become horny and social... cuz apparence and art of manipulation (what people wanna hear) cover all
    - So they destroy others lifes
    * And in my opinionion they must be out (in real life in my "easy confort life" they must be eliminated.. also in family= clipped, but u cant
    * Cuz in reality one person destroy ur family, and people that sorround him/her= they cant stay without fuxx and fuxx others lifes= they destroy u to evaluate themselves... when they are at the same levels
    * They understand it just with cruelty and hate= what they are made of, and they want others to become like them= OUT

I need help leaving my marriage of 25 years. I feel like he’s a drug and can’t seem to leave him. He treats me bad and I’m tired of it🥺but can’t find the power to leave. I don’t want to be lonely and am scared of future by myself and 2 kids (. 9 year old and 15 year old)don’t have a job or a place to go. 😢

      @alyssawoodman 2 роки тому +2

You are addicted. Trauma bonding causes a addiction that can be compared to a cocaine addiction. If you want to leave for real here are some tips that I can offer:
If you don't have a job, work through a temp agency to create some financial freedom. Also these temp jobs can lead to permanent work.
Talk to trusted family members, friends or coworkers (if you have a job) about your situation and tell them you wish to leave. They may know of places you can stay or can offer help in other ways.
I don't know what your 15 yr old is capable of but if they can, get them working part time. This way they are making money and can pay for things like their clothes, transportation etc. Even babysitting or a paper route can help them and you. If you don't want them working, get them to help with the 9 year old so it frees you up to work on looking for a place or working etc.
Contact hot lines or download apps that help with domestic abuse. Contact agencies in your area that deal with this sort of thing and start making a safe plan to leave.
I'm not a expert so this is all the advice I can give. I'm sorry about your situation and hope any of this helps. Please try hard to rid yourself of this person. You have one life to live and so do your children. They need a healthy happy Mom and environment.
      Best wishes
