sometimes a faster reload is better than being able to pick up more ammo. besides, SoH lets you use a lot more shots due to a decreased reload, so if your in an SOL moment where you're out of ammo and you got a guy coming right at ya, you can quickly reload the gun you have and fire off at the hostile infront of you.
In my opinion, I think the Vector is the best SMG in MW2 because of its high fire rate and low recoil. Put Rapid Fire on and you can kill an enemy in less than a second in close quarters. Silencer is also great for this gun, as it only makes the gun require one more shot to kill.

If you try it on the FN SCAR H use sleight of hand pro. The ADS time with the thermal sight is huge and sleight of hand pro makes it easier to use.
