I think the biggest thing was a tightened up my thumb hole and decreased the length of my span. It helped with keeping my hand softer and quicker at release!
They run through a video analysis of your game at the beginning of the session. After that, you do a bunch of drills and on-lane coaching to try and fix those problems (they record you during those drills and coaching as well so you can refer back to the videos). At the end of the session, they will record your game once again and provide a video with a general summary of what was covered and what to work on moving forward!
@Srt4u2nv I would highly recommend going there, it's a great experience! The first time I went I booked a full day but split it into a morning session with one coach and an afternoon session with another one to get some different perspectives!
This is my dream experience: Full day Kegel coaching. I watch UA-cam videos and PBA tournaments. I have received training at ITRC also. Additionally, I have taken lessons from a silver level coach at the bowling center. Nothing compares to Kegel. The available resources and top notch coaching make it an absolutely mandatory for bowling fundamentals and skill development. Thank you very much for sharing and being an inspiration. Did they actually correct the issues or just watch your video footage as well as others and tell you to no step and one step drill?

She used to wear it during practice but not during competition I believe
