Lightweight is my favorite. It speeds up your movement and can get you ahead of your teammates so you can hit those clips. It is also great if you want to jump off ledges to escape or hit insane shots
tac mask, reduces 9 bang effect, lessens time being shocked by tempest, automatically pulls the seeker drone off of you, couple other things i cant think of atm
Dexterity without a doubt, that perk let’s you slide faster, and improves your aim while jumping. Plus the whole swapping weapons faster is also a major plus

the DLC maps are in Reg Roatation, but i've found myself in them when I play TDM alone, as soon as I get a party on stream it's a RIP and the maps are just too big, but yeah it's sarting to piss me off how this call of duty as been making decisions, it takes them 1 month to make one step forward but at the same time they take 5 backward, idk how I should feel about future updates since there's always something making them unpleasent...

Light weight hands down. Being able to move quickly in and out of cover, go for early game rush routes, and juke bullets is crucial in BO4 .
I personally run perk 2 gluttony with Light Weight, Gung-ho, and Dexterity. Movement is extremely important for my play style.

For the Competitive scene, it is without a doubt Dead Silence. If the enemy team can hear your footsteps with all them try hard u might as well quit

Most useful perk is tracker, it really doesn't sound helpful but it gets you an extra 5-10 kills.
Tbh, I think the best perk is ghost because it allows you to get a nice flank on the enemie when they have a uav up. I think it’s useful

I have gotten lockdown & casino in the rotation. Takes about 20 games but yeah lol. I don't like Casino. Lockdown isn't that bad though.
