My mind says Crawford, but my heart says Porter. He's trying to use endurance & heart to beat a man who is using superior skill. Personally I like the guy who uses heart.
I grew to like Porter, he's a good guy it seems, but Crawford is just too much for Shawn

Shawn is the definition of hard work over talent..... not saying he isn’t talented but it’s limited in comparison to others hence his great work ethic I respect it
I would like to believe his earnings from the fight compensate for the hard training.

Shawn has great legs to tackle a hill without leaning forward and running in the upright position.Running with a 30 to 40 mile an hour wind is almost as hard.He should have plenty endurance for this one.Both young men should put on a good entertaining fight.May God bless them and have a safe clean fight.

He EARNED the fight when he beat Horn. He had a belt. That meant it was time to unify and establish who is King of the division of folks wasn’t ducking.
I like Errol but I think he's on a downward slope after that accident, his retinal tear is a serious injury and I just don't think he's the killer he was before the accident. Both Bud and Errol let greatness pass them by, they were/are too interested in being comfortable

That is how one incurs negative muscle memory and inadvertently helps the opposition. Yes, all the incurred negative muscle memory [ in sparring, focus mitts and striking boxing artillery ] is like working for your enemy. Few trainers discern these to evolve to Boxiana Science Educators.

Id like to see Shawn do good in this fight. But i feel he needs to leave his pops. He needs something new to go to the next level. Its the same style that always gets him 2nd place. His Dad just makes him be a work horse but in the ring that doesnt translate to power nor are the skills improved.

What no one is talking about is what happens if Porter loses again? He'll have come short EVERY TIME he had the opportunity to step up, and come short very, VERY CLOSE. So the question that no one has been asking is, should Porter have brought in a new coach for this last stand??? After this, it doesn't matter how close his fights have been, he will be seen as a gatekeeper if he doesn't win. Always right at the cusp but never quite there.
