There´s a lot of mods I could recommend, but one that I think is essential is Cobblemon Integrations, it adds integrations with mods like JEI(Just Enough Items) and the Waystones mod Love your content man!
When I play cobblemon I personally like Xaeros map more because it has the better Pokemon Icons addon imo. The pixel menu sprites just look alot better than the smooth battle sprites you see on thr journey map addon.
PLEASE make a video on how to turn off all vanilla mobs! It took me forever to figure out how to stop the Monster Spawners from generating, disable mimics, disable vanilla critters, and disable certain world-gen events (especially with other mods like AE2 added). I think it would help a lot of people who were in a similar position, and I'd love to see how you tackled that issue.

What kind of mod or addition to the base cobblemon mod are you looking for next? Mega’s already exist and both the CobbleDevs and mod makers are working on Terrastilization, there’s a bunch of mods that add various missing pokemon and even ones that change the in game music to match the games. If there was any mod or addition you’d want the devs to make, what would it be
personally, I’m a big fan of competitive pokemon so a VGC/Double battles addition would be awesome. That and trainer AI implemented into a future update would be my personal choice :)
I'd actually not recommend playing with terralith. It's a datapack, and it has a lot of poorly written functions that bring down the TPS. Also, it's not very well coded, as in, you can't generate superflat worlds / other world types, because it'll just overwrite it with a buggy terralith world, so who knows what could happen with mod compat / what else it does. Also, it removes stuff like andesite from world generation, so you can't even play with mods like create or use andesite/diorite/etc for building

There are actually Andesite cave biomes that generate just like the natural cave generation! as far as generating super flat I can’t speak on that as I’ve only used it for standard survival, but the point of the video was to showcase the mods I use that I think enhance the standard Cobblemon survival experience :)
the legendary encounters mod doesnt work in the modrinth app. it doesnt show up at all when you search it up and its not compatible to any packs according to modrinth including the cobblemon pack. idk where you found that but it only halfway exists

someone please explain to my why yall choose cobblemon over pixelmon? ive been playing pixelmon for so many years. its fully developed mod with almost every single pokemon possible. you can catch every single one of them without cheats and enjoy your adventure. you also get legendaries same way as in og games, like timespace altar, redchain etc. and you switch to cobblemod that has... nothing? just for cube textures? am i missing something? please explain without any hate and toxicity
I totally get why some choose Pixelmon over Cobblemon, but for me, the models are a massive part of it. I like the Vanilla feel that Cobblemon brings where Pixelmon doesn’t feel like I’m playing Minecraft as much :)

The moment cobblemon catchs up with pixelmon its gonna be a bye for pixelmon, they have shitty developers who cant be bothered to play nice with other mods, they've never looked into expanding their system and adding new stuff apart from new pokemon and they have a crap ton of bugs
I think it comes when you download the mod if I remember correctly, I think you just have to open the .zip file and move the file into resource packs? I could be wrong I’ll have to look into it otherwise
sadly the new update for cobblemon (1.20.1) has broken legendary encounters awhile ago and to my knowledge the creator hasn't fixed it in any way or made a new update
He did? Every one that’s currently available in the base mod. The rest either haven’t been added or don’t spawn naturally so you’d need a ton of side mods to enable them and even then you’re missing out on like 250-300 pokemon

What version of the game and do you use forge or fabric?

I used Terralith! for QOL really just the minimap and a Falling Tree mod :)

no texture pack! just the complimentary shaders!
I dont think that biome mods are quite intresting, since they break spawn locations

that's a server setting so just go to the server and turn it off or if you have perms you can do it in game
